I ordered a watch. I got a watch made out of 2 diff watches.they do not respond my questions any more.before I paid they answered my questions the same Day. Very very bad compagnie.

watchesuk.online is a fraudulent web site do not use. I bought two watches from this site with a value of approximately £300. A week later I got an email stating one of the watches was out of stock and requesting I choose another. I did so only to wait a further week to get, you guessed it another email stating that too was out of stock. E mail exchanges then took place with myself requesting a cancellation of the order but the said it would take 40 days for bank to refund money.

No numbers to contact by telephone, e mail spelt wrong with bad grammar and no products ever sent. This site is total rip-off and if I knew who to report them too I would to get it shut down, but I know the same people have several web sites selling fake watches.

I have spoken to my bank and once the date expires for them to deliver they will pursue my money.

BUT DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT GENUINE.

they took my money, were unable to supply , so suggested I chose something different. I asked for a refund as I wasn't interested in any other watch, they again suggested I picked a different watch as it would take 40 days for them to refund, and said it was hard to refund. They didn't have a problem taking my money, but obviously can't supply, and are reluctant to refund!!!

Ordered a watch from this site for £111 got an email two weeks later to say that this was out of stock and could a choose a different watch . Chose a new one for £78 . The watch finally turned up after 3 weeks and to my disgust broke after 1 day . The second hand just fell off and was moving about inside the watch . 1 month on and after 7 emails still no refund for broken watch or balance on the cheaper watch I received . This company is an absalute joke the worst I have ever delt with . Avoid this company like the plague !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use this company the only way that I managed to get my money back was through the credit card company they operate under a number of different web names but the lay out of the site is always the same they are to lazy to change it.AVOID ,AVOID,AVOID.The credit card company who pursued this issue for me agreed with my thoughts.

watch took an age to arrive i had to cahse round for it in the uk..when it did arive it does not waork...lovely looking watch but it just does not work...now trying to get a refund and they are ignoring my emails...avoid at all costs

Recieved watch 4 weeks later than anticipated. The watch didn't work and the stem was broken so it is totally useless. So far they have refused to replace the damaged item unless I pay another £55 which is totally unacceptable - the original watch and postage was £89.

The watch itself appears ok quality which is why it gets one star.

Ordered 3 watches from this site on 17th December, 4 weeks on there has been 2 replys to my emails, one telling me the watches will be sent out in 2 working days from an email address 'dj tiesto' another off another email someone verified my order and apologised for the delay and said he would send the tracking number out to no avail. The number in China is not recognised. Please do not buy from these. I still haven't received my order. Anyone got any ideas of how I can get my money back,I I payed by credit card.
