I received the new seat two days after ordering it and fitted it the same morning.

The original seat and lid were extremely dull and the soft close on the lid never worked.

The colour was much whiter and the soft close feature worked on the seat and the lid. The replacement was better than the original in all aspects.

If I could give this company zero stars I would, I had a technical query with the parts supplied I originally contacted this company via email on the 25th August, on the 26th August a lady asked me to send photos of the instructions and parts pack which I did on the same day. So technical did not have access to fitting instructions and asked me to supply them.

I duly sent what was asked, 13 days after my original query I had not received an answer to the issue, so I sent another email asking for an update this was on Monday 6th September, 3 days later and I am still waiting for a reply, I cannot accept that Covid is responsible for the delay, there is a telephone number on the website but when you call this it makes it plain you can only speak to sales and any technical issues must be sent via email, so if you wanted to purchase that’s fine and you can speak to a person,

I know realise that this company as no intentions of resolving issues that people may have with their products and don’t intend wasting my time trying to contact them again

I will now search online for review sites to make people aware of the terrible customer service that can be expected from this company

Very pleased to have found your website - the replacement seat service is a very good idea. Otherwise, I would have had to replace the whole bowl as well.

The ordering and delivery processes were efficient and I received the new seat in Poland within a few days. The replacement seat is better than the original - more comfortable and slow-closing. The only let-down were the fitting parts, which although provided for two attachment options, did not quite fit. The attachment screws for the earlier-type fitting, which my bowl had, were simply too long for the recesses and the instructions were unclear. But using a combination of the supplied parts and the old attachment screws, I was able to solve the problem and mount the new seat securely. It was still worth it, despite the extra hassle!

Wow, Before purchasing from your company I verified through a local plumber who supplies Pressalit toilet seats for the parts, it would have cost me double and a wait time of 8 weeks. then I contacted Pressalit directly and they recommended your company.

Customer service email promptly dealt with to identify replacement seat for obsolete version. Ordering on website was easy and order came after 2 working days by courier. A problem with fixing was quickly solved when ringing Tech support who pointed out a very helpful instruction video.

Good quality fitting. However no instructions and took some while to sort it out and fit it. This loo seat and cover is to replace the old one BUT had different fittings and thus very complicated to fit.

We had this toilet installed ten years ago and I could not find a replacement seat as I didnt know which particular Duravit seat it was.

Sent in two pictures and got my answer back.Fantastic service.
