Service was shoddy and customer service was rude items were late and low quality. Shame this is one of the only ones in the area.

Product appears to have been used before as the package had been opened and stapled back together, batteries showing as poor. I would expect after buying a brand new product for it not be as returned goods and for the battery power to be excellent. I now have to buy brand new batteries for the product. Tried ringing customer service - no reply.

I telephoned on Tuesday for advice and to place an order. The advice was as usual spot on. As I desperately need the components by Friday I offered to pick them up from Braintree. Sorry but they are despatched from Newton Abbott was the reply but they will be there by Friday. They were delivered on Thursday at 1.30pm. The advice was followed, the fence was constructed on Saturday morning and worked perfectly first time. Brilliant!!

Excellent advice and prompt service. Advised to buy exactly what I needed for my particular requirements as well as a few add ons to make the electric fencing system complete.

Always have first class service here, big plus is being able to phone up for advice before and if needed after purchase and sometimes without purchase!

I was referred to this company by an online firm that did not do what I wanted, and I must say that I have found them very helpful and the after service was great ,as I was not familiar with these fences,but am plagued with badgers digging up the garden.

They rang me and talked me through the set up which was very good,I would certainly recomend them to anyone looking for electric fencing.
