I am most impressed with the quality of this product, and have to say that it looks far more expensive than it cost. After much research I think I got a great deal. The only down size is that communication between myself and the company was always initiated by me, I was assured a call back or email on numerous occasions and got nothing, instead having to chase them by phone. My purchase was made online and the product was in stock, indicating it would be delivered in between 3 to 5 days.

I received my order nearly 3 weeks later.

I have to say that when I did talk to staff on the phone they were courteous and helpful, but I would advise you keep on top of your order and maybe not wait for them to contact you.

Purchased a corner sofa with dining table footstools and side table. Outside rattan garden furniture and it has transformed the space. Ordered via website and all was delivered quickly and efficiently. The table is perfect height for eating not like most that are too low! Excellent value for money as had searched the web to get best price.

I found exactly what I was looking for on their website at a very reasonable price. Communication was very good with the company as well as with the delivery company who called to arrange a suitable time. The sofa arrived in good condition and I have to say we are very happy with the quality and look of it. Great product!

We ordered the Manchester corner daybed set and the Woburn 10 seater dining set at the end of May expecting delivery mid-June (as advertised.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! We had countless problems with mis-information by staff, promised call backs not received, failed deliveries, missing items, damaged items.

I should say that all of our issues have now been rectified by FeatureDeco (some 4 months on) but the experience was time consuming and painful and I would never recommend anyone to buy from this company.

Staff are unhelpful, unknowledgeable and often lie to get customers off their case. Furthermore, they take your money on day one and there is no real guarantee of when you'll receive the goods as they're being shipped over from Asia based on estimated orders. It's therefore hit & miss when your goods will actually arrive.

We suffered financial losses from taking time off work to wait for deliveries that never came without so much as a phone call to let us know.

FeatureDECO have a complete disregard for the impact that their terrible service has on their customers!!!

Their professional looking website is extremely misleading! We love our furniture and get loads of comments on it but I refuse to give a recommendation, espaecially as other reviewers appear to have not even received their goods!

Fab service, extremely pleased with corner sofa, chair and coffee table.

Quick delivery, friendly staff. Nothing to assemble, looks great in my garden.

Quality product

We ordered a cube set from Feature Deco in the summer, when we called to ask some questions about the item the staff were generally unhelpful and lacked knowledge in the product. We decided to go ahead and although delayed arrived and we were fairly happy. We decided to order the matching storage box and were advised that it would be a month wait. That was back in May. We are still waiting. So far we have been given the excuses that it was no longer in stick, waiting for it to arrive, the boat traveling it had sunk (I joke you not!), it had been dispatched to us and delivered to the wrong address, damaged in transit etc etc. the staff have been as useful as chocolate tea pots, never calling us back or apologising for the fact that we are now 5 months after the date that it was confirmed. Even though we have written emails of conformation of delivery, still nothing. Even our emails to the managing director have gone unanswered. So they have our money and won't supply us the product. As the title says, SHOCKING.

Would recommend the furniture but feature deco really need to work on their customer care. I waited almost 2 weeks for someone to get back to me and by then the other item of furniture had sold out. The delivery firm were also awful and kicked the boxes and furniture into our drive and damaged some of the furniture...I haven't heard back from customer service regarding how they would remedy this.
