We ordered an air source heat pump for our outdoor pool and it arrived within a week, despite coronavirus being around. The item is as described and is doing what it should so we are very happy with the purchase. When I rang the shop the man on the phone was courteous and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

When something goes wrong, you can tell the good guys and also the bad ones. Bought some Solar domes that could not be installed due to the lengths of pipes supplied being too short. Fun response was "We have sold thousands of these but have never had any complaints", so basically it was my fault and Fun weren't interested.

So, checkout the Fun site reviews that are few in number but ALL glowing. No negative reviews then? So try to submit an honest one and guess what, it never gets published.

Funny that isn't it? This is how they supply poor quality goods and never have a complaint. They don't allow any.

Quite an unexpected and unpleasant experience.

Decided to upgrade my 10 foot easy set pool this year. Found these guys online liked the look of the doughboy 12ft . We went for the package that included all the pipework but not the heater. The guys there were very helpful and think i got a good price. What was useful was the advice re setting it all up and monitoring the chemical side of things. Luckily didn't have any problems but knew i could call on them if i did. Might go back next year for a heater but i'll see how warm our summer is first.

I placed an order with h2ofun ltd over the phone and the gentlemen was very helpful on sizing up which heat pump i should have for my pool. Not just good on the sales side, but they was very professional when it come to install. The guys were very polite, helpful and explained on how the unit worked etc!

Recommend to anyone !!!!

When I had a problem I went to the shop and there where unhelpful, accused me of lying and suggested I go to a DIY store to fix something they had failed to install properly. Do not use.

The engineer which this company use, has a bit of knowledge but will cost you more money in the end as he bodges up problems rather than repairing them.... even though saying it doesn't matter

Please use ANYONE else but this company; or else will cost you a lot of money like myself to put everything right!!!
