Do Not Buy Anything From This Company
We purchased a unit of this company when we built it we realised we had been sent the wrong hinges so the drawer wouldn't fit!! We contacted them they asked for a video of the problem which we sent they offered us 25% discount but without the drawer it's useless and looks a mess they said we can return it but in the original packaging which was not possible due to us cutting it open! We just need correct drawer runners how hard can it be?? So annoying when you bought and paid for something and it's useless and you get zero help from the company you purchased from.

Worst Company. Not Honest.
The worst company selling on ebay.Now and then Ebay will introduce a code for their customers to get either 10 or 20% off. This company will inflate their prices by 20% and tell customers that they will get a genuine discount. I have been tricked into this as well. As soon as the discount code expires within no time they reduce their prices with that amount or even less.
A very dishonest company. How can you trick your customers. A discount means a genuine discount and not cheating by inflating your prices with that amount and then reducing them. You have been caught of this foul practice.
No business ethics.

Bought a computer desk on website to be delivered the following day. when the delivery arrived it had a part missing. i contacted the range customer service who were very unhelpful and was advised that because i bought the item from a range plus partner i must contact the supplier directly. when asked if i can return the item in store for an exchange or refund i was denied that request. On the website it is not CLEAR ENOUGH that this is the case.
However I contacted the supplier regarding this issue, was advised that a replacement part was sent out only to be notified now that it was not sent out and ive still to wait another day.
Due to these issues, i have not got a desk to work on. Customer service is at its worst-from the range and the supplier.

Not To Be Trusted
I ordered 2 scooters for my children for Christmas they informed me that a resident and taken and signed for the goods I asked my resident's if they had not one had taken the parcels I did leave a clear instructions to leave them in the garage nothing I'm now over a hundred pounds worse off and no goods I would never trust this company again they shown me no signed document of a signature and no photo if they did leave them and now I'm unsure what I can do

No Spare Parts
I bought a fairly expensive electric scooter from this company a few months ago, I contacted them recently because I need a minor spare part for it and was told by a chap that they do not sell spare parts at all.
Consequently it can no longer be used.
Take this into account when considering a purchase.

Drawers Hard To Put Together, Measurements Off And Stink!
I don’t often leave reviews (which I should do more often) but I had to about some drawers I got from this company. I don’t even know where to start.
I had high hopes when I first opened them up, they looked good, and it was an easy start. Then I realised how unclear the directions are - mostly due to the graphics being blurry. A few times I had to take things apart to put them back together. All in all it took almost 4 hours.
Once finished, I was relieved. Until I tried to put the drawers in, and none of them actually fit in. I was about ready to cry at this point! The design of these is terrible, measurements are completely off. I’m lucky that my husband is ‘handy’ and was able to loosen a few screws/take off certain sections to get them in. There’s no way they would have fit otherwise.
It was only the next day I realised the awful chemical smell inside them. They smell of wood/warehouse/musty. Considering I bought these for our newborn it wasn’t the best discovery. I tried the following: aired them outside for a week, lined with baking soda and essential oils for a few days, cleaned with white vinegar. They still stink, don’t really know what I’m going to do about that now.
All in all I massively regret ordering these, and don’t recommend anyone else make the same mistake!

I bought the kiddy police car electric with parental control for my grandson for christmas today it has gone up in flames scaring him and endangering him luckily he was being well supervised I cant find any documentation because I bought it well before Christmas online so cant find which site I used but what to bring it to your attention it needs withdrawing from sale it could cause serious damage I will be taking this further and publicising this

Do Not Sell Spare Parts.
I bought 3 sliding door rails which are very good quality. The only thing is that a roller broke & asked company for replacement rollers only to be told they dont sell spares. That's why 3 stars. Otherwise almost perfect

Appalling Service
I ordered an 11 piece rattan garden furniture set. In fairness it arrived quickly (flat packed) and I put the table, 4 stools and 3chairs together no problem. Unfortunately the final 3 chairs had the wrong part so couldn't be put together. The chair backs were way too small and also 3 cushions so seem to be from a different sized set. Over 2 weeks later I have spent £15 on phone calls (they only ever seem to answer to a mobile number). I have been told by phone and email that replacements have been dispatched and are with the courier. They have even given me several tracking numbers with different courier firms. None of the tracking numbers exist (seemingly totally made up) and of course the packages never arrive. Shame because the parts I got are nice. Once they have your money they totally refuse to replace wrong parts. I ordered from homcom 2011 via eBay but the company also trades as Aosom. Avoid at all costs
