Avoid, This Company Does One Thing Well And That's Lie
Every remember of staff lied about everything despite me saying I understand mistakes happen just tell me the truth and I can work around that. The lies got more and more bizarre, needless to say after not getting the goods on time after over 1 month after being told a maximum of 2 weeks I was told they could not supply the goods needed, that meant I had to start the process again, not good for a property developer with tenants moving in.AVOID THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES THAT DO THE SAME STUFF AT A SIMILAR PRICE, USE THEM INSTEAD.

Where Has This Firm Gone. Under ???
Ordered some laminate flooring on the phone on 5th Match. Received a confirmation of order and payment email. Sent an email last Friday (20th) asking for update on delivery. Today (23rrd) looked at their website - "unavailable as being updated with new low price stock." Tried the phone. No joy. BT confirm it is a dead line. Herts County Council Trading Standards diverts to Consumer Advice call centre in Cumbria. They suggest contacting Companies House and Insolvency Service to see if they have gone bump. I guess I know what the answer Is going to be!!

Absolute Disgrace Of A Company
They took my order. Failed to deliver and have now seemingly closed. Whoever runs them is not fit to run a business. They have left me very distressed. I only hope they don't appear as another business. Be very, very careful about who you order with online.

What A Shambles Of A Company!
At the start of January I ordered 3 carpets over the phone and was told they would be delivered the following week. After 2 weeks I had heard nothing and I hadn't even been e-mailed the invoice. I phoned and was told they would look into it and phone me back. They didn't. So I phoned again and was told that the manufacturer had problems with one of their machines and there would be a delay. This set the pattern for the following weeks - I'd hear nothing, I'd phone, they said they'd get back to me but they didn't and I'd have to phone again and then be given yet another excuse.
I didn't receive an invoice because someone had mistyped my address - very sloppy. I also ended up contacting the manufacturer to see if indeed they had had problems with a machine and they said no. When I said this to I Love Flooring, there was silence at the other end of the phone for several seconds and then, rather lamely, the woman said 'Well that's what we were told'.
Eventually, after 6 weeks, the carpets were delivered but only 2 of them. The courier had 'lost' the third one. So yet more phone calls and they then suggested I cancel the order for the missing carpet and they would refund my money. This I agreed to and waited for my refund. It was the first time I had heard the word 'sorry' from them during all my communications. I sourced the carpet elsewhere on line for the same price and it was delivered within a few days, with excellent communication throughout i.e. the way a business should be run!
After yet another 2 weeks, I had not received my refund, got nowhere by phoning so had to make a claim via my credit card company. From reading other reviews here, it would appear I'm not the only one to have had this problem. The money was refunded straight away and strangely, ILF's website was taken down at the same time - coincidence?
All in all, an awful, stressful experience and it delayed finishing the renovations to our house for nearly 2 months.
