Ordered good online waited for delivery and nothing happened , emailed the company to be told that the delivery should've out same day. Again waited no delivery, phoned the company again to be told they had attempted to deliver the items, asked why if no one was in did the delivery driver not leave a non delivery note, could not get a response. Gave up and cancelled the order.

Will never use this company again.

Ordered my Festool TS55EBQ with two rails mid april. Imidiantly after the purchase I got an e-mail saying the saw would be sent the following day. Waited two weeks. Then I sent an e-mail, asking for some sort of tracing number. I got no answer. New e-mail, got an 4-digit unusaubale number in return, and a mail saying the good where on their way.

6 weeks later, still no saw, I called the store. The saw was not even sent!

After two phonecalls and a couple of e-mails the saw was finally sent.

When my high-end tool arrived, it was wrapped in a black plastic bag, and the foam tray inside the systainer was broken.

At no point did I recieve an appology or any form of compansation.

I would recommend to stay far away from this store.

Ordered online was at the best price i found online, i phoned the showroom to check it was in stock before-hand and it was dispatched the same day, received it next-day, all intact and superb item!

brilliant service all-round

I bought an item online with a next day delivery, got email saying item not in stock so will be delivered within 3-5days. 2 weeks later sent 3 emails enquiring about my order and finally asking to cancel it but did not receive any reply. Only when I claimed a refund through Paypal they sent me the item (even if it was cancelled!!!) Did not send it back as still needed it. Asked to refund postage fees and was offered another item to cover the postage. Several weeks have passed since their promise to send another item and still no sign of it.... NEVER NEVER NEVER have any business with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a BMR101 makita dab radio which arrived next day as promised and ever since i have been enjoying work a whole lot more the bmr101 has an ipod connector and the sound quality is very good. i would use london power tools again as i am a very satisfied customer!
