I bought an EGO LM1701E Push 42cm lawnmower from them (Cheltenham Mowers Limited) in 2021, the delivery was good, but the mower stopped working just before 3 years. The battery works fine, and the machine looks ok considering it was not heavily used, and the lights are on but its rotor does not work. I initially managed to contact them via chat and email, and they asked me to send the video and photo which I did. However, this was almost a month ago and since then, they have not replied to any of my weekly emails asking for an update on the warranty. I also tried to call them multiple times but usually nobody is picking up the phone (they answered it once 2 weeks ago but since it is in a useless queue or nobody is picking up even if there is no queue). This forced me to buy another mower from another seller as the lawn cannot wait.
If you have a lot of money to spend, and you are not too worried about lack of warranty and support, go for it. It may work for a couple of years just fine before it dies!
I would update this review if anything changes but I doubt it considering the bad experience so far.
Poor Customer Support
I purchased an AGRI-FAB Smart-Sweep 44 inch Towed Leaf Sweeper from Mowers Online. The lawn sweeper lasted 15 minutes before the hinge for the bag detached on one side, the bag then dragged on the ground on one side, and the resulting twisting caused the arm on the other side to bend and the bag split. The problem is that the “hinge” used to allow the bag to pivot when emptying is just a crude T-slot with a bolt acting as the axle. Unless your lawn is very flat it’s easy for the bolt to jump out the T-slot and detach. These sweepers are relatively cheap in the US, and so designed down to a price. But for the price they sell for in Europe I’d expect a proper hinge, and a machine that lasts longer than 15 minutes before breaking. I complained to Mowers Online but they took no responsibility, simply telling me they would pass on my complaint to their dealer. They stalled for weeks, and I got nowhere. It's hard to tell whether they really contacted the dealer or not, but they showed no indication of accepting any responsibility for selling a poorly designed product. So I will not be using them again.

Do not order from these people, they mislead, in stock doesn't mean that you will receive it. I contacted them after 9 days and was told my order hadn't been processed correctly, so it hadn't been sent and wouldn't be for a couple of days. I requested a refund and told them I had ordered elsewhere. A representative told me no problem and they were sorry a refund was being processed. My goods arrived cheaper and the next day (thanks Amazon) and then low and behold 5 days later they had sent my order and it arrived. They may think they have beaten me and have got one over on me as I have run out of energy to try again to return and refund, however I am going to make sure I cost them much more than they got from me.
Please don't buy, these people don't deserve another sale ever. They mislead and god knows where my credit card details went on the orders that had got sent to their IT company, I've had to change my card and go through everything.

I ordered some replacement hedge cutter blades two weeks later I still hadn’t received them. I phoned customer service to see where the parcel was they said it should be with you we’ll look into it and get back to you.
Friday came and nobody had contacted me so I phoned again, customer service said Fed x delivered it Tuesday, which was impossible as all my flat mates are trustworthy and give me my parcels.
Customer service told me it’s out of their hands but they would look into it again I received an email later on that day which basically said Fed x had delivered it which is a lie. I’m know left with no blades and £132 down with mowers-online not excepting any responsibility and fed x that seem to think they delivered the parcel thanks a bunch! Luckily I didn’t buy a new Hayter which I was intending on purchasing.

Really Bad Customer Care!
I placed an order for a Hayter Lawnmower and a Hayter Lawnmower cover.
When the order arrived i received a Briggs & Stratton lawnmower cover instead.
I called the company and explained that i had received the incorrect cover.The lady advised that she would call me the following day to advise when the correct cover would be dispatched.
I never received the call so i phoned the company myself,i spoke to a different lady and i explained i was supposed to receive a call and i was just advised that they have been busy.
I was now advised if i paid the difference for the Hayter cover they would organise to collect the Briggs & Stratton cover and send me out the Hayter cover so i decided to pay the extra money over the phone.
So i now thought this all resolved but how wrong was i.I then receive an EMAIL from the company advising as this was not a picking error or a system error they would not collect the Briggs & Stratton cover and i would have to send the cover back to them myself and that the Hayter cover would not be dispatched out to me until they have received the Briggs & Stratton cover back.
I have already paid the difference for the HAYTER cover.
I replied to the email requesting a manager to call me but i received no call,i explained why would i order a Briggs & Stratton cover when i ordered a HAYTER lawnmower and this made no difference.No customer care at all from this company.
I had decided to place my order to try and support smaller business i have definitely learnt my lesson and will now purchase directly from Hayter.
If you require a business that offers good service and customer care do not order from this company!!

Mountfield Petrol Lawnmower Hw531
New 2016 model was not due into Mowers-Online until 22nd December, this information was on the website when I ordered. Mowers-online contacted me to see if I still wished the order to be processed, order arrived with me early on 21st December. Received an e-mail to inform me it had been despatched.
Built up fairly easily.
Started up OK.
Not used it yet as its winter and the grass is too wet.

Mowers Online Are More Than The Best
I ordered a petrol hedge trimmer as a present for my husband the week before Christmas. It arrived within 2 days,the package was in excellent condition and delivery was free! What excellent service. He has not used it yet so cannot comment on the goods.
I would certainly recommend Mowers online.
