Online Turf Supplier

I ordered Turf and topsoil. Turf arrived on Friday which was the date for delivery but topsoil never arrived! Turf quality is very bad. Customer service is also very bad. I had nightmare with this company.

To start off this review, I will say that the product was great.... this being the only good point.

Unfortunately the delivery did not arrive on the day requested and paid for (this also happened on my last order), although I did manage to get the delivery charge refunded). I called to check what the status was and was met by the most rude, arrogant and disrespectful woman I have ever spoken to. I didn't have access to my order number and was trying to locate this on the phone I was using, little did the woman know I could actually hear what she was saying. Mocking a customer is truly pathetic, childish and petty. She truly needs to reconsider her profession, because she clearly is not capable of being a decent being. I will not be purchasing from this company again, nor shall my partners national landscaping company.

I ordered composted bark for next day Saturday delivery, and got a call at 4:15 pm to say they couldn't fulfil it. Far too late for me to organise delivery through someone else. Avoid this company, they aren't reliable.

Bad experience, bad delivery with a driver that couldn't actually lift or push the pallet truck.

The quality of the "Delixe Turf" was poor, badly cut and badly stored on the pallets.

The delivery was 9-5PM and yes arrived 4.45PM. They call that an excellent service. Waited all day for it to arrive.

Me the customer i had to push the pallets because the pallet truck was faulty.

I bunch of clowns, if you have the chance to buy local please do, all they have is a flashy website and that's it.

Awful experience and for what i paid i could have had a better deal elsewhere.

We had a great experience with Turfgrowers.co.uk, ordered our turf on thursday at 12.00 and it arrived Friday morning at 9.30am! fresh, green and even with a packet of fertiliser. We could not believe the level of service and quality of the turf we received.

The website was easy to use and the staff on the phone when we called to find out when the turf would arrive were lovely. I would defiantly use them again, infact we will be ordering more to re do the front garden soon.

The turf supplied by TurfGrowers (who also use the name Quality Garden Supplies) was certainly not deluxe nor premier nor dense nor did it make my neighbours green with envy, as so claimed by this supplier's website. The grass was thinly seeded with patches everywhere and the overall appearance was extremely poor. The delivery arrived a day earlier than agreed, ostensibly because the product was very much at the end of its shelf-life. When I complained, TurfGrowers didn't want to know and all the turf supplied by them had to be subsequently lifted and dumped. I then had to pay again for a second delivery. This time I purchased from Thompson’s of Crews Hill – purveyors of real quality turf and cheaper.

BAD COMPANY ONLY PUTS GOOD REVIEWS ON ITS SITE

WAITED IN ALL DAY FOR THESE JOKERS THEY DID NOT TURN UP . AVOID GO TO SOME ONE LOCAL FACE TO FACE, BETTER BET THAN THESE COWBOYS.
