Very poor level of customer service, emails ignored, questions not answered. The item i ordered should have arrived in 3-4 days still no sign after 3 weeks (this is the second order that this has happend with) so i requested that order was cancled. I received an email agreeing that the order would be cancled and the money refunded. This was not the case the send the item anyway and did not refund my money. I would not recomend !

Powertool World are one of those companies that list an item as in stock on their website and days after placing the order they told me it isn't in stock after all. Having left a review for them stating as such on another review website Powertool World then replied to that review and in doing so published my name to the Internet. I have sought advice from the Information Commissioner over this breach of my personal data as the only reason my details were supplied to them was to complete the transaction they did not have my permission to use my data for any other reason. Will I be returning to Powertool World? No way! Do I recommend others use them? No way!
