Can't fault the awning I bought. Really happy with the quality of it - far superior to the ones you buy from Argos etc. it's been well used at events all through the year and has stood up fantastically well. One of joints got damaged on a windy day, but was able to get a replacement joint from Rock Awnings and its as good as new. If that had happened with a cheaper gazebo, it would have meant replacing the whole gazebo.

It's easy to put up. One person can manage it themselves and easy to put away. It comes in a heavy duty bag. Good quality canopy and panels, totally waterproof even when it's throwing it down!

Awful delivery service 6 items ordered so far 5 items delivered over 2 days by 2 different vans. Now still waiting for the gazebo roof. Great products just struggle to get delivered on time. Will now be using someone else!

Ordered red 3ft Gazebo. Fab quality fast delivery. Unfortunately 1st ngt of having it up my nephew kicked a ball through pvc window . I called on the Monday & the discounted another panel & i paid delivery. Brilliant service would highly recommend this product & company.

Initially it looked like we had a problem with our order, but it was very soon acknowledged and sorted. So rare to find a company that accepts it had made a mistake and then goes out of its way to rectify the problem. Bravo Rock Awnings

After a few cheap qazebos only lasting 2 or 3 times we decided to go for something more substantial and the rhino pro 50 seemed to fit the bill, we were quite amazed just how strong it was and the high quality - definitely built to last!

Just bought top of range 15Ft x 10Ft pro awning from Rock awnings...top quality at a decent price did a free delivery to me as well i cannot fault these chaps..i had a problem with wheeled cover bag the zip came off as there was no end stop, I rang the company and they delivered a new bag the same day free of charge with no questions asked!

I have had my pro 40 gazebo for about 18 months. It gets a lot of use ( several times a week) all year round and has with stood strong winds, rain, hail and sunny days. I do cross tie and use wights.

The product is faultless, the delivery was fast.

I had to have a replacement part and that was dispatched same day and arrived the next.

I cannot fault Rock awnings, and many of my fellow traders have purchased gazebos from Rock awnings after seeing mine. I cant wait to buy my next one to expand my business.

I eventually received my 4.5 x 3 Explorer pop-up gazebo. The quality is great, the support from Rock Awning's was great, but your delivery service (TNT) was so bad that I didn't get it in time for the BBQ. Although Rock Awning has supplied a good quality product at a good price & it is definitely robust, I have been left disappointed.

1. I missed the delivery but was informed that I could pick it up from the depot on the next day (Saturday).

2. On Saturday I drove 40 miles (each way) to collect it for the Sunday (BBQ).

3. They couldn't find it.... I returned home after being told sorry but you will receive it on Tuesday (Monday was bank holiday).

4. Stayed in Tuesday, no gazebo. When I called TNT still couldn't find it.

5. Contacted Rock & they dispatched another.

6. Guess what. Two gazebo's arrived on Wednesday.

Sorry Rock but had you a better courier you would have got 5 stars for your service & the product.

Tip! The product is good, but order in advance.
