Very Poor Service

Ordered from this company over two weeks ago - little to no communication from them. After several e-mails I asked for an up-date and got very little back. Asked again this morning and they have now cancelled my order.

They are using the new/standard Covid response to provide a poor service... I would not recommend this company!

Dreadful Company

I purchased an electric hand saw last August, after 6 months it broke. this company have refused to do anything about it and after 3 months of constant emails, which were mostly ignored, I have today received the faulty saw back in the post, so now have to see if the manufacturer can help me. I would never do business with them again.

I'm only giving this bunch one star because I have to. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT purchase anything from them. They'll quite happily take your money, but don't expect your item. The bank are now dealing with this. AVOID.

Try Another Company Who Has Decent Customer Service

If you want to purchase a faulty item that does not work, so that this company can TRY to keep hold of your hard earned money then go ahead and order with them. Personally I would avoid the agro and order from a decent company!

Terrible Delivery. Dont Use

I waited in on 4 different dates for the courier company to deliver. Each time they gave a different excuse. Tooled-up believed their excuses rather than the facts from me, the customer. I paid extra for the delivery!

Rubbish

Bought hedge trimmer and oil and used once last autumn. Cleaned it and put it away. Got it out this year, wouldn't work. Sent it back for replacement. Tooled-up reported: badly wrapped up (nonsense) - works perfectly, your fault for not cleaning it! They took my money pretty quickly but were very difficult and defensive when i tried to return it. They have stopped communicating now. I am forced to pay for its return. Wouldn't use them again.

Excellent Service

Have now bought fromTooled-Up.com several times. Each time the communication has been excellent, the tracking of deliveries has been accurate and the goods arrived as expected and as ordered. had absolutely no problems at all.

Have also spoken with staff at the company to seek advice and found them to be polite, helpful and very good natured.

My experience is one of consistently good service, fast delivery and excellent value. They also use the Quidco system and provide offers, vouchers and cash-back which tracks quickly.

I generally try to prove-compare with my usual suppliers and have found Tooled-Up to be very competitive on pricing.

Very happy customer and will be buying from them again.

Awful Service

The reviews on the company page are awesome ...... But then they would be as any conflicting information is not published. I started up my own business and it was going well so I decided to invest in a we and dry Hoover to help me along. I used this product once and low and behold it didn't work properly. Called them up and explained that this was my livelihood and I needed either a new Hoover or a refund. They advised this can be arranged but first they had to look at the Hoover. It was picked up and I was told I would be contacted in 2-3days. I called after 4 days to be told it is untraceable and they will call me back as soon as the girl has spoken to a manager.

Needless to say that didn't happen. So after a week I called back, to be told to call black in 2 days. Called back in 2 days and was advised this was received and would be looked at first thing in the morning. 2 days later I still hadn't been told what was happening so I called back again, to be informed it would deffo be looked at the next day, by this point I'm too angry to speak to them so I asked a friend to call them on my behalf. She was passed to a male who advised the part was damaged and would be sent back to seely to fix. Bearing in mind I have now lost a total of 2 wks work so she requested a refund or new part whilst we wait. The man very cheekily said no and it was down to seely. She asked to be put through to customer services and was passed back to the same girl who initially took the call and for the 3rd time. Conveniently her manager was unavailable.

I don't believe this is a reputable company and feel they should be fully investigated. They don't let people express opinion on their website and there is also a review site in which they monitor and ask people to change their review.

It seems to me this company is a 2 man show. 1 answering the phone and one sounding like he looks at parts.

I am still waiting on the manager getting back to me.

This this company should be on crime watch. So that will be another week gone with no wages. Thanks tooledup.com

Absolutely Appalling Service - Do Not Use

I recently used this company for the first time, I would suggest that you don't ever have a problem with your order as they don't listen, are incapable of reading communication properly, and obviously not bothered about their customers.

I eventually even wrote directly to the owner/director Mr Jason Chance and got a very unsatisfactory response which amounted to a 'brush off' ie we're not really bothered about your issue, so I wrote back again only to never receive a response! It is apparent that the customer service attitude permitates from the top!

As a company their arrogance outweighs any possible benefit you may receive from placing an order with such a poor company who treat customers with such contempt.

My recommendation would be to internet search a bit more for your item and find a responsible retailer who would be happy to have your business!

I have had exactally the same problems with this Company. Staff had no interest in my delivery problems, even though they had my payment details. The lady, I say lady ,had no manners at all. Her reply was that if I did not like her attitude go elsewhere. This I did.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED WHAT-SO-EVER.

As a qualified Accountant I WILL be looking very, very close at this Company's status!!
