Leaking Roof

Called Truly to fix a leak in my roof, it had just started happening and only when the rain was in a certain direction. The fitter came out tested to find the problem and it was a quick fix to put it right he re-fitted the roof panel and but a retaining bracket it took just over an hour. Problem solved excellent service.

I had the same problem, but not a quick fix with this company. Refitting a roof panel would take longer than an hour for a satisfactory job. capping would need to be fitted correctly an the correct materials used. I would not give this company one star. I have found their work shoddy and disgraceful. Their so-called professional fitters haven't a clue on how to deal with conservatory roofs. They claim to have expert knowledge and know-how and a refreshingly professional approach. Far from the truth. My repairs are far from satisfactory and complaints to an arrogant, belligerent and unprofessional Manager have met with an aggressive attitude and I am still waiting after nine months for problems to be sorted. What a waste of time. Complaints are ignored and I have been accused of finding faults that they do not agree with even though not a sole has been to inspect the dreadful damage sustained by the "professional workmen". Would not recommend this company whatsoever. I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I employed their diabolical unskilled workmen who seem to come and go with this company. I am beginning to wonder that the good reviews, for small jobs that give 5* have been written by the company, as no one with any brain would employ them. - disgraceful.

Order Of 21 Sash Jammers

Ordered with ease. Used PayPal. Delivered as stated. Cheapest Schlosser Technik Sash Jammers I could find at £1.75 each inc p&p. Product came well packaged and Jammers seem very sturdy and well made.

Can't comment anymore really. Didn't need to telephone them or contact them at all regarding my purchase.

I had no problems. .

Arrogant

I ordered a part but it wasn't right. I tried to explain what part I needed and said I'd been sent the wrong part. They then called me a liar saying that I'd ordered the wrong part etc and that I was being awkward and calling their staff liers. Nothing of the sort. I just wanted the correct part. I was then told to send the parts back then I'd get a refund after making another order. When I then phoned to make an order I had an angry manager for some reason. Poor customer service and very arrogant. When I sent a picture via email nobody got back to me so I had to ring again. Then I quoted the order number for the new part and that's when the person on the other end became a little arrogant. He said that wasn't the order number etc. Not my fault I get things wrong. I am human. Shocking.

Not Worth The One Star Given...

I wish I had read the reviews here before using this company. Waited in 2 solid days for a delivery 'guaranteed 2 business days' that didn't arrive, contacted company & was told due to the size of the order the delivery would take up to 5 days - no mention of that on the payment page. Still took £10 for 2 day delivery knowing they couldn't honor it, went as far as to send a dispatch confirmation for delivery the following day??!!Owner agreed in correspondence that their website and confirmation was 'misleading' and in the next breath tried to blame me for not reading information that WASN'T THERE...I have never dealt with such an obnoxious, rude and downright aggressive man, because I complained, he stopped the delivery (midway) and had it returned to his company... I am currently waiting for a refund, he's had my money a week so far & no reply to e-mails...BE WARNED ABOUT THIS SHODDY OUTFIT!

Warning!!!!! Please Do Not Use This Company!!!!

Surfice is to say you will lose out if you use this company -oh if only i'd read the reviews before purchasing!!!! I cant be bothered to go into the ins and outs but I cant believe people like this exist in this day and age!! If you do have an altercation with this company, dont bother challenging them - they will be rude, unreasonable, unfair and as with me, will hang up on you!!! In fairness to 'Cliff' who I did speak to on one of my many futile phone calls, he was lovely.

Terrible Organisation And Customer Service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Company tries to take your money and supply nothing. Whatever you decide to buy you will have nothing but grief and end up claiming your money back, but you won't get it from them they are virtually broke!

There is another review above which is absolutely identical to my experience with no confirmation of order or purchase either by email or letter and when you phone you get a reply from  (The Director/Owner) that is extremely rude and then hangs up the phone after totally refusing to investigate the order.

"Very quick to take your money, and promise orders but then not to deliver.

no explanation and not even tell you until you phone to find out.

Very arrogant customer service response, and still no explanation of what's going on. The man asked me who i thought i was, and hung up on me!"

I am glad i am reading other peoples experience of the rudeness of this compny,i received an invoice where they wanted25% upfront,when i asked for the guy as he was the one who dealt with me ,he let me know i should pay the deposit through his staff and not ask for him directly,even though i was contcted twice for deposit while on holiday.i phoned the next day to pay deposit and asked the girl a question bout the lead flashing,she put me through to him again who quickly let me know i had disturbd him and i shoulddeal with his staff unless about the order,which i said it was,i only asked him one question and he got extremely defensive and rude,he proceeded to offer me my deposit back which i accepted!!!

Unbelievable Customer Service

Order something on a Thursday afternoon, paid £10 next day couriered delivery. By Monday it still had not arrived and so i called the company. The man that answered said if it was ordered after a certain time on Thursday it counted as Friday and so orders were not sent out until Monday. He was insensitive, arrogant and simply rude. Why did i not know this?? was his attitude. When i said that i would not be using them again he said " Have a lovely day sweetheart ". In this day and age customer service like this is totally unacceptabl. Avoid like the plague.

I had the same experience...except I was given a different excuse for the failed delivery! Check out the lies in their response & the rude reply regarding this customer's ability to 'communicate'...this really should tell you all you need to know about this company. I wonder if the owner, ahem... sorry....'customer care' will be so smarmy when their business goes under...it's only a matter of time... :) Have a lovely day sweetheart....unbelievable!

I have investigated your complaint and can see your order was placed at 8.30pm on Thursday evening and you phoned Friday morning asking where your delivery was. We explained that because of the time of the order it would not be processed until Friday and the next day service we offer would mean delivery would be Monday. Having checked our tracking information I can see it was delivered on Monday. All the delivery information is very clear on our website in several places.

It was extremely difficult to understand you during our phone conversation as your English was very poor however I do note your written English is much better. You swore at us on the telephone and slammed the phone down.

May I suggest you read delivery information carefully when making a purchase and use written communication instead of verbal.
