Cartridge I Bought Leaked
Destroyed my printer completely and seller refuses to reimburse or take responsibility for the horrid defect.
Color Ink
I ordered a remanufactured color ink cartridge, the colors were light and streaked. When I contacted custormer service they sent out a replacement cartridge. The new cartridge does not print yellow, red, and navy blue comes out light blue. I would never recommend this company, their products are trash.

Its is not always the cartridge that affects your printer, there are a lot of factors that might be the source of the problem. 1st, Online cartridge are mostly remanufactured. They might look like the same as the original but there are some small differences when it comes to their sizes which might need some adjustment in installing the bought cartridge for it to function properly. And also, you need some tools when using remanufactured cartridges like ink cleaner brushes. From my experience, you have to clean first the opening of that cartridge because they don't have the same clogging prevention quality as the original stuff. My point is, we can help you resolve the issue if you can give details and information about what happened. I Purchased Printer Cartridges Approximately One M
I purchased printer cartridges approximately one month ago and my credit card has been charged as of date of purchase. Shipping was confirmed, but I still do not have the printer cartridges. I have emailed Castle Ink Cartridges to ask where they are to no avail. There is no way to contact these people to complain. I guess I will just have to reverse the charges and buy elsewhere.
