Took my 2020 tiger 1200 desert for service really pleasant experience the guys are knowledgeable and helpful also had two new tyres fitted at a very reasonable rate so no complaints from me

Diabolical website, perhaps they stock levels are never accurate. Completely put me off attempting to use them again.

Even their eBay stock levels are inaccurate item clearly states 2 in stock email received to cancel the order as not in stock - how difficult can this be!!

Somebody really needs to sort out their stock control issues, basic principles of store management, no wonder British Retail is in such a mess!

Only positive is their customer service is bearable - although email gains a better response than telephone

Will definitely stick with World of Triumph, and NOT Triumph World in the future.
