The face value was £200 and I paid £350. This is a perfectly acceptable profit margin in my view.

Have bought a tickets for Manchester United vs Leicester City. Tickets came under different name and much lower price. Went to see the tickets office representative at Old Trafford and I have been taken off my tickets which have been sold to my illegally. Tickets have been worth £358. I needed to buy new LEGAL tickets to get into the game. I am going to fight to receive my money back.

this is a warning do not use 1st4football tickets,they are ripping people off.bought what i thought was a good view at wembley stadium behind the goal for my sons 16th birthday,which cost me £192.i recieved a ticket yestaday which the face value on the ticket was £30,and told there was nothing that could be done.be warned .

We came all the way from Canada to watch the game and got told from the Steward that wasn't the first time the he has seen these tickets today

Bought 3 tickets as Christmas presents then bought another one a few weeks later and asked if it would be possible tickets could be together although they were bought separately and asked if they could be delivered to our hotel and yes was slightly anxious as we're in Scotland and knew these guys are in Spain so was fully relying on them but nothing was to much trouble for the guy who I dealt with excellent communication was kept up to date every step of the way and although we bought tickets knowing they were row 1-200 behind goal they couldn't have been better, front row any closer and they'd be on the pitch what a fabulous experience for grandson who's hero is Ronaldo. 1st4football have surpassed all expectations and I will definately be buying from them again. Super company - thank you :)

I travelled all the way from India to England to watch Liverpool vs Newcastle at anfield. I had booked my tickets from some other website, a couple of weeks before. On Thursday, the 9th of April, I was in London and got a message that my tickets have been cancelled because apparently, the tickets had been sold out. Imagine flying more than 5000 miles to watch a match and 3 days before the match, you come to know that you've got no tickets (I got my money refunded the next day). I started looking on craigslist but the guy, with whom I was staying in london, advised to just buy from a website which guarantees tickets. This was at friday 4 pm. So, I went onto 1st4football and called them to ask when would I get my tickets if I book it now. The guy was really nice and said I could get it delivered by saturday delivery if I book it before 5 pm. So, i booked those tickets, but my order was still in "processing" stage even after 5 pm. I tried calling the customer service again, but they were closed. So I mailed them regading the problem, and immediately, after 5 mins I got a reply, that because my card was from an Indian bank, it was taking time to process. The guy mailed me that the tickets would be delivered to my address, in london, on monday morning. I told him that, that won't be any good because I'd be leaving for Liverpool on Monday morning. He asked me just simply email them for change of shipment address. I did, and the guy, whose tickets I had purchased, called me to verify the change in address. He asked if it was my first time at anfield, I said yes. So he also posted a letter with details of what to expect and how to get in without any suspicion, which I thought was a great gesture. In the end, I got to anfield and inside the stadium, without any hassle.

Expensive but that couldn't be helped as I needed three tickets guaranteed together, the customer service couldn't have been better the guy was sooooo helpful and pleasant !!! excellent would book again!! thank you

Capital One Cup Final 2015. I had been looking for a while for tickets to this game as I could not get hold off any through the club. I went on this website on the Saturday, the day before the match. I was surprised to see there was still tickets available but I thought there was no way they could be delivered on time due to the match being a Sunday. I emailed the website at around 8pm not expecting a reply but to my surprise I got one from a worker who advised me to buy a ticket with a print out option. Having not used a site like this before I was unsure to how safe it was and whether I would actually see my ticket. However I bought them as I was desperate to go. I received an email shortly after with the tickets attached, which I took to the game and had no problem at all getting in (another worry was whether they had been duplicated). Overall I was very happy with the service provided and would look to use the site again. My only slight concern was the booking fee was quite high but considering the game began in less then 15 hours I paid it.

If you are happy with the price and your local postal service is reliable you might get lucky. If the slightest thing goes wrong or you need any customer service at all, forget it. They are about as professional as a tout in the street.
