Went onto double8tickets and bought very cheap but good seats for me and my daughter to see britney spears on the sat 25th august, i thought i wasnt going to find any in time but i came across double8 who had tickets left at a very cheap price so i was very happy that i found them, i want to say a big thank you to all the staff there and what a secure company.

Cant complain with this deal i had to get tickets for Liam Gallagher this Saturday at the Lancashire county cricket club. we had an offer on some seats with another company but they wanted £150 each, i found double8tickets and they were much closer and alot cheaper.

What an amazing show!, i booked with double8 only 3 weeks before and they had a few tickets in the best seats ever left, i had to buy them and at this point i didnt really care how much they were but as long i can see Beyonce and Jay-z singing live in front of me thats all that matters, the seat were amazing and the crowd and atmosphere was out of this world, we had seats right next to the stage, such a perfect view, its the first time ive been to the Olympic park stadium and it was massive, first time ive booked with double8tickets, so thank you again for the tickets and getting them to me on time for the show by a secure delivery.

i will defiantly tell all my friends and family about this company.

I booked tickets through double 8 tickets for the shalamar concert that took place on Sunday 6th may, I booked via telephone and the lady i spoke to was very helpful.

The tickets arrived plenty of time before the event date and when i arrived at the venue i could not believe how good our seats were!!

We were SO SO close!

I will be using Double8 again 100% :)

Having bought a couple of tickets for the streets at brixton only a few weeks ago from double8tickets.com who really helped me out big time, i was let down by another company! so i was happy to see that they more tickets left at a reasonable price, i was very happy with there service and will be using them again in the future, the price was abit high but thats what i would of expected having buying them last minute, we had a great time, they are an amazing band and i will be buying more from double8 for the next year tour 2019.

Bought tickets through the website online for Sheridan Smith. Had great seats right next to the stage and an amazing evening! It was very easy and straight forward to book. Tickets are sold above face value but when your getting the best seats you cannot complain. Have used Double8tickets many times and always get great seats right next to the stage!! Will always go through Double8 for any concert tickets.

Used double8tickets after a friend told me about the site, found the site quick and easy to use and my seats for last nights show Sheridan smith were brilliant!!

Me and my daughter had a brilliant time at harry styles on April 12th at the O2 Arena, the tickets were at a reasonable price we only paid £45 a ticket but we did buy them a month before the show and our seats were a bit further back but we had a great time and we could see everything still and the atmosphere was amazing, my daughter loved every single minute of it so thank you very much double8tickets for a great service and for making my little girl so happy i will be buying plenty more in the future.

I booked tickets through Double8tickets for Tokio Myers last minute and paid below face value!

Booking the tickets online was easy from start to finish. I had no problems at all.

My ticket came through straight away to my email. I had originally paid £9.95 for special delivery so I called and spoke to a lady who refunded the charge there and then. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends who also go to concerts last minute!

first off, Double8 say ...

"All tickets are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK. This guarantees next day delivery and insures the tickets against loss or damage. Tickets will need to be signed for at your end. Responsibility for your tickets transfers to Royal Mail once we have sent them and we cannot be held responsible if Royal Mail lose your tickets."

you'll most likely have to scramble to print out your own, from an email,

....if Double8 send them at all.

£9.95 on every transaction, wasted!

They also inaccurately state..re: original purchasers name on tickets.

"No, don't worry, we didn't send you the wrong tickets. We buy our tickets from many sources, and the name printed on the ticket is that of the original purchaser. This may be a person, a company, a coach package trip organiser or a promoter, or something else entirely. The name printed is for reference only and is not expected to reflect that of the ticket holder - you won't have any problems getting into the event. We don't print our own tickets so we are unable to print your name onto them."

Well, that's wrong!

We had an enormously hard time at the venue gaining entrance. We had pleaded our case to many security staff, box office, managers and customer service. The tickets wouldn't scan and the box office wouldn't print out or validate any secondary ticket sales, no venue are keen to help it seems, in all, it's a complete nightmare! They don't recognize Double8 as an authentic resale site.

Please don't waste your time and money, as I have..

It's way too stressful trying to complain or get a refund, the phone lines are constantly jammed. If they ever answer they'll hang up quicker than Quick-Draw McGraw. Good luck with that method of communication if you dare try.

Honestly I'd say, No don't do it, you'll be paying way over the odds for a non existent "service" it's a total shambles!
