Preparing for a trip to Orlando, I have been using Florida Tix. I made a couple of purchases for attractions which proved to be successful. I received 'proper' tickets for both and they arrived soon after booking. On that basis, I decided to use FT to purchase some tickets for a dinner show in Orlando.

Knowing this was a popular show and often fully booked, I decided to pre-book with FT to guarantee our place on a specific date at a specific time. On making the booking on the website, I was asked to select the specific date. This I did. When the information arrived in the post soon after, I was surprised to discover a voucher and not a ticket. The instruction was that I contact the venue and book this myself using the code provided on the voucher. This was much of a surprise because the FT website says 'tickets only no vouchers'. I contacted FT to ask 'do I have a reservation for this show or not.......or have you just given me a pre-paid credit for me to do the job myself?'. The answer was essentially 'yes' (albeit a bit more flowered up). I asked 'do I at least have the date booked even though I have to contact the venue to confirm attendance?'. The answer 'no, we give you the flexibility to go when you want'. I responded to FT that the show was popular and it could then mean we don't get to go at all if booked up (as we have only a credit and not a booking thanks to FT).

So, just to say........if booking tickets to parks, etc. then FT have served me well but if wanting a show, be aware that you may pay the money for what's essentially a credit and you do the booking job yourself. As it goes, I emailed the venue and have a response saying that I'm now booked in for the show. No thanks to FT!

This is the second time I've dealt with FloridaTix and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and to recommend them. We ordered our Disney/Universal Combo Tickets for our November trip on Tuesday and in spite of choosing the longer 7 day delivery option they arrived yesterday (Thursday)!

On our last trip in early 2013 we had ordered our WDW tickets direct from the Disney site and then had to queue to exchange the 'e-ticket' for a real one. We ordered our Universal tickets from FloridaTix and received 'real' tickets which were so much more straightforward. So this time round we decided to get both through FloridaTix and were pleasantly surprised that they now offered a Disney/Universal combination purchase which hadn't been available previously. The rates are competetive - in fact right now the Disney rates are £10 less than on the WDW site! Earlier in the year they were about £5 more but would have been worth the extra in order to get actual tickets and avoid the queue to exchange.

The package everything arrived in was great along with clear instructions for how to use the My Disney Experience to register your tickets and arrange your Fast Passes (we had already signed up, so just needed to log the tickets into our account). I'm not sure if we'll use a couple of the coupons that arrived, but we'll likely use the Planet Hollywood and the Outlets voucher.

i ordered florida theme park tickets from floridatix an 16th June 2014 and 15 days later i still have not received tickets!! 3 telephone calls later i have now been told for the 3rd time my tickets have been sent this morning!! the advisors are full of excuses as to why the tickets havent actually been sent after being told on previous occassions they had already been posted! however they had no problems in taking my money, terrible service will never use again or recommend.

Looked endlessly on internet for Disney/universal tickets, reading reviews etc. can't fault this company. Ordered Wednesday and tickets received Friday. FANTASTIC

Paid £10 deposit per person well in advance. When it came to pay the final balance the prices had come down and I lost £52. They were totally unhelpful and said basically that it was tough the prices had come down, and wouldn't give me the lower price. It was supposed to be in their conditions which I couldn't see, I asked for clarification and they sent me something completely different. So they had my deposit for months to aid their cash flow, then it cost me more than if I had waited until shortly before I went. They made out that that was the price they had to pay - bull*, they deal in thousands of tickets, Customer service NIL, buy again? - NO !

Only booked our Florida holiday 2 weeks before departure and not having been there for almost 20yrs the pre-purchase of attraction tickets here in the UK now appears the popular and most cost effective option. Not only was I concerned the tickets may not arrive in time (upto 7 days for free delivery)I was more worried that I was paying several hundred pounds out upfront to a company I had never heard of prior. Would the tickets even be genuine, I had visions of being turned away at the entry point and our holiday spoilt.

No need to worry our Universal tickets arrived in super quick time , more like 2 days ,and I then went onto book tickets via Floridatix for the Blue Man Show, again tickets arrived just as quick. Having just arrived back home today after a great week in Florida I can confirm all tickets were 100% genuine and would have no hesitation in recommending Floridatix

was a little bit wary of using Florida-Tix as I had never heard of them before and there prices are ridiculously cheap!! Ordered to set's of tickets one for 14 days Disney world and one for 14 days 3 Park bonus Universal studios 2 days ago...Tickets come today!!

The woman who delt with me was very patient as didn't have all the details to hand and answered any questions i had to ask..

looking at booking discovery cove and much more so will defiantly be using them again

tickets are hardback tickets and NOT E-vouchers =)

so yeah as far as ordering them and dispatch time goes Florida-Tix get 5/5 from me also got a FREE 'Despicable me' blue ray DVD and a $10 voucher for 'Planet Hollywood'

I ordered the family tickets for Walt Disney World this year. I found the site easy to use and the information very clear. Service was quick and we received hard tickets for the parks a couple of days later. Would recommend to a friend and would use again.

Ordered tickets Sunday arrived Tusday. Excellent service and would recommend to friends. Free special delivery and no credit card fees.
