Fake Tickets.....
Hi,
just wanted to share my surly experience with \"http://goldstartickets.co.uk/\". I've booked my tickets & eventually i came to know that this company is a scam. And their deal is nothing but to make people harass of the fraudulence. It was end of my tether when i didn't succeed to get my tickets in hand & tried getting the follow ups with these company guys.I had a talk with them . It was entirely bamboozing of the behavior he showed. He abused me lately. I will never recommend anybody to deal with the company. Even this website \"http://goldstartickets.co.uk\" is deceptive. Hoping for all n sundry to STAY AWAY & don't ever get entrapped in future.
Thanks.!!

Do Not Touch With A Bargepole.
I booked tickets for my daughters to see Glee in London. I paid for the tickets in Dec for a show in June (£238.35 in. delivery). A few weeks before the show I started contacting Goldstar Tickets to ask where my tickets were. I was told the same as everyone else-the the tickets would be sent out tomorrow, tomorrow , tomorrow ....Of course they never arrived and the day before the event I received an e-mail telling me that their supplier had let them down. I had train tickets and a hotel in London booked. I have reported these fraudsters to Paypal, Trading Standards and Action Fraud. The promised refund did not arrive, despite regular e-mails and phone calls. I think they were hoping that I would get fed-up and disappear but I assured them that I was not going anywhere, except to court if necessary. My husband was on the verge of driving to London to land on their doorstep and eventually, after Goldstar first blamed Paypal for not refunding my money,I have received a full refund. This company must be acting illegally, taking money for items that they do not have in their possession and of which they have no guarantee of obtaining.

The Goldstar Rip Off
I ordered tickets in February for a Take that concert in June, I made a mistake regarding the date, I put the 10th June instead of the 3rd June when I made my online booking. I was charged £520.00 for 2 tickets with seating close to the side of the stage. When I noticed the error in the date (same day) I telephoned Goldstar and advised I had booked the wrong date, they agreed to change the date but charged me a further £30.00 to do so, making the total cost for 2 x Take That tickets of £550.00.
A couple of weeks before the concert date we had not received the tickets we had paid for some 3 months previously, we began to chase them and they continued to advise us the tickets would be sent out the next day but never were. We are lucky as we did receive tickets, albiet at 13.00 on the day of the concert, which caused us a lot of stress trying to get from our home to Manchester in time to see the concert. When I opened the envelope containing the tickets there was an E-Bay purchase receipt in with the tickets (which Goldstar was most upset about) which showed that the tickets which Goldstar had sent us were purchased the previous day, even though they had took my money for the tickets some 3 months earlier. The receipt showed that Goldstar had purchased the tickets from a person on E-Bay for £67.00 each and had a face value of £46.81 each, Goldstar had charged me £275.00 each for tickets they didn't have and for which they paid only £67.00 for. Further to this, the tickets were basic standing (on the pitch) tickets, which placed us in the middle of a sea of people with vertually no view of the concert, even though I had purchased seating tickets close to the stage and for which I was prepared to pay the high price for. So not only did they not have the tickets when they took my money, they did not deliver what I had purchased and have not saught to redress the payment discrepancy between the face value of the tickets or the value of the purchase receipt and what gthey charged me, even though what they sent was not what I had purchased.
I am more fortunate than most of the people who get ripped off by this bunch of extortionists, as I was lucky enough to be sent prove albiet by mistake showing that they did not have the tickets they said they had when they took my money and also how much they did actually pay for the tickets which shows a profit of around 300% over the face value of the tickets. I am in the process of seeking some form of repayment back from these people but expect it will take some time and possibly some form of legal action.
BE WARNED: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!

Goldstar Taking Money For Tickets Which Do Not Exist
Ordered Jame Taylor tickets for O2 in January 2011 paid £200 plus £8 delivery charge. Constantly told ticket would be available in week before concert. Phoned to chase again on 12.7.11 to be told they had tickets and would be posting immediately. e mail arrived late on 13.7.11 to say they had been let down and tickets id no exist. So what did I buy in January and where has my money been. They will not pay me interest, nor cover my hotel train charges, apology seemed reluctant. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COWBOYS
