I pre ordered and paid for the Bruce Springsteen No Nukes CD/DVD set in August. Release day was last week, and I received nothing. Over the course of a week I emailed twice asking where my order was. I eventually got a reply saying the item was out of stock.

I am absolutely disgusted to say the least.

Terrible customer service.

Poor excuse.

Will definitely not use again.

Ordered an official DM shirt 3 weeks before Christmas and it arrived 2 weeks after Christmas (despite paying full 'official' shirt price with delivery). The shirt was poor quality (shipped from China) and the wrong size. No packaging details enclosed with the shirt (including information about returns). The customer service is terrible - no phone number, need to wait for email. When I found a returns address on the website I needed to pay to have the short back by recorded delivery.

Advice - stick to the official merchandise from the bands own websites.

Live Nation have to be the worse company I have dealt with.

We boked Meet & Greet tickets to see Blue, the paperwork we received stated it started at 6.00pm, all well and good, so we planned our day around that. Then 3 days beforehand we get the actual tickets and they state you have to be there no later than 3.45pm!!! 3 days notice, we simply could not make this time so went to the concert only. We complained and received a patronising and unhelpful email back, it was dismissive stating the meet and greet ran over so we could have gone, how were we supposed to know that?

All in all this ruined the experience and we felt tricked and were astounded at the rude so called customer service.

COMPLETE RIP OFF. Their ticket prices were about 80% higher than others (for worse seats in same section), and they charged 3x what others charged for VIP parking. I feel like an idiot for not shopping around more before buying from them, so serves me right. I will never do business with them again on account of their outrageous pricing, and will warn everyone I know to steer clear!

I would not recommend LiveNation to anybody! They are a rip-off! I was treated to a once in a lifetime "VIP Package" by my boyfriend as a birthday gift. The tickets were very expensive but we expected a once in a lifetime experience. Not a bit of it! I have complaoned to LiveNation about the whole hospitality package and have realised that their customer service is as bad as the event was. Why am I surprised?? My advise would be, steer clear!

Live Nation SUCKS!!! False advertising & no customer service support. I will NOT order tickets from this website. I will go directly to venue if need be in the future.

I will never use Live Nation to book tickets again. Their customer service is non-existent. They refer you to TicketMaster for any ticket queries, Ticket Master have no records of your booking so they refer you to the LiveNation number you can never get through to.

Stay clear of LiveNation, they are completely useless!
