No Tickets Received By Ticketmania

I ordered tickets online via the Ticketmania website on 13 January for the TGT concert on 27 March. I paid £7 for special delivery which I did think was really steep considering TicketMaster normally provide e-tickets. The concert is tomorrow and I still have not received my tickets. For the past two weeks I have tried the two numbers listed on their website. They just ring and ring - no one ever picks up. I have tried the email address which they list - I got a delivery error message. On Sunday I even took the drastic step of travelling to Brixton to pick up the tickets myself. When I got there I was told that my tickets would not be picked up by them until Monday and that they would be sent out to me that day. It is now Wednesday and I still haven't received them. I am kicking myself that I actually believed what the man told me. I should have demanded another telephone number in case I didn't receive them. I spent £130 on the tickets and I have called the box office and they have told me there is nothing that they can do and that I have to go back to Ticketmania. I can't believe that a company can behave like this. If they don't answer the phone or provide incorrect email addresses how can I get my money back. Plus why should I miss the concert which I paid for. This is not a fly by night company either so not sure why they are still in business if this is how they operate. Surely the police should have shut them down.

Can anyone advise me on what I can do now? The concert is tomorrow and I don't want to miss it.

Disgraceful Dishonest And A Ripoff

I've gone to the Stratford branch to collect my tickets on 4 different occasions and they r never in their office the receptionist said he's always in the Brixton branch now and gave me his personal number no answer on his direct line no reply to texts or voicemails both Brixton and Stratford numbers ringing out Ive spent 140 quid on tickets on a once in a lifetime concert reunion i am going to get u

Dishonest And Fraudulent

I purchased tickets for a concert early next month, and paid since 4th March, 2014 yet I have not received my tickets, which cost me the sum of £50+. This company is dishonest and unreliable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you will be left without your tickets, stressed and take months to get a refund! I am have informed the relevant authorities about this fraudulent business.

Awful Service!

I ordered two tickets for a concert that is next week- 27th March and paid in total £110, including a £7 charge for special recorded delivery. I brought these tickets on the 26th January and have still not received them.

I tried emailing the address on the website [email protected], but got delivery failures every time. Luckily found another review online that said it is a fake address and that the real one is [email protected].

I also tried ringing, however have not received any response after several tries and answerphone messages. Finally received a response to my email yesterday which said they would look into my enquiry, but have not had any further update since.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. If I do not receive the tickets I will be paying the Stratford office a visit and I WILL get a full refund.

Don't Give In!

After reading the reviews on this site and having had the same experience, I almost gave up on the idea of ever getting my money back.

But on 26/10/2013 - 3 months after returning my ticket and enduring weeks of bs excuses and unanswered phone calls I was issued at the Brixton branch.

The 'reason' I was given for the delay this time around was that they (@ Brixton) had only recently been given the authority to issue refunds.

Ticketmania have obviously been dishonest about the details of this refund situation with hundreds of people, and their professionalism and customer service is a downright shambles.

I believe they were hoping that after months of palming people with poor excuses, all would be forgotten and they would get away with keeping people's money.

DO NOT GIVE IN!Go to their Brixton branch and demand your refund - no matter how much time has passed.

Then be sure that tell everyone you know not to give them any custom because it is just totally unacceptable.

The Worst Company Ever

We purchased 4 tickets for Beres Hammond on July 19th. We were informed two days before that he would not be appearing. We requested a refund on the tickets and sent the originals back. We have been awaiting a refund for the past 3 months at first we were able to speak to someone regarding the refund. Now it is redirected to another number or ringiing with no answer.

I will be speaking trading standards to report this company and will ensure that people are aware that they are not a reliable company and not to buy any tickets from them.

THIS COMPANY IS A SHAMBLE, WILL NEVER USE AGAIN I BOUGHT 3 TICKITS ON LINE FROM THESE NONE HELPFUL PEOPLE FOR BERES HAMMOND AT THE INDIGO 02 ON 17TH JULY WENT ALL THAT WAY AND BERES DID NOT SHOW. NICE OF TICKETMANIA TO INFORM ME, CALLED TICKETMANIA ABOUT A REFUND A LADY TOLD ME TO SEND THE TICKETS BACK WITH MY NAME AND POST CODE, I SENT THEN SPEACAIL DELIVERY SO THEY WOULD NOT GET LOST IN POST. I WAITED TWO WEEKS THEN CALLED THEM BACK TO BE TOLD MY DETAILS ARE NO LONGER ON THE SYSTEM WHICH MEANT MY REFUN IS BEING DEALT WITH AND TO NO SURPRISE IM STILL WAITING, I WILL BE NOW TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER TO MY LOCAL CAB AND TRADING STANDERDS. WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ticket Refund - Re:beres Hammond Concert Like

TICKET REFUND - RE:Beres Hammond Concert

Like many others, I too have been told to contact the Stratford office (where i purchased 4 tickets)to receive my refund on ONE UNUSED ticket for which, i have been unable to get my refund.

I have called the Stratford office on numerous occasions and each time all i get is a recorded message that says "calls to this number are being diverted and then another message comes up relating to a BT messaging service which ask you to leave a message on a mobile number. I have also left at least (1) message asking that someone calls me back to give me an update as to my promised refund.

I am very aggrieved by the outcome of this situation as I was able to speak to (3) people (before they vanished and gone a.w.o.l) at the Stratford ticketmania office about the procedure to follow so as to receive my refund. Their advice to me was to place the ticket an envelope addressed to the "Refund Dept" based at number 44 Broadway Stratford. I duly followed thir instructions. Now, I know the namess of two people and they did confirm that they had received my unused ticket and were in the process of making a refund using my debit card details that was used to purchase all four tickets for which i am still awaiting a refund for ONE UNUSED ticket.

The ticketmania office at Stratford has failed me and has, in my opinion brought their reputation into disrepute and as a result will receive no further business from me. My next action to register my complaint to the Citizens Advice Bureau who i am hoping will be able to assist in advising on any further action.

I have just seen your review regarding Ticketmania and agree with all the comments made. I too am still waiting for a refund on two Beres Hammond tickets due to his non-show in July. I spoke to the agents on a couple of occasions and like you, were told the procedure to return my unused tickets. Every week I was told 'you will receive your refund within the next 7 days' then they told me that she was now on holiday, some holiday, and he will find out what's going on (he doesn't know what is going on in his own business??) Absolute jokers!!

I spoke to the guy at Brixton record shop and refunds are being process (slowly) as I'm still waiting.

Refund Please

Still waiting on a refund for Beres Hammond tickets that were sent back on 19 July. Initially I was able to get through on the telephone a couple of times and spoke to a lady who confirmed receipt of the tickets and she advised a refund would be received within 14 days. Needless to say this hasn't happened.

I now cannot get through on the telephone. All calls are 'being diverted' and then you get through to a mobile phone answerphone.

I have now reported Ticketmania to Citizens Advice and hope something will come of that.

I will never use them again.

I too am having issues getting a refund for Betes Hammond tickets. Although calls have been diverted to a mobile voicemail number for the last couple of weeks of my trying. I shall be be contacting the Trading Standards office as ticketmania themselves have been atrocious in their handling of this situations. They are still selling tickets for other concerts - one being for Betes Hammond in '2018'...a shambles

I think there must be a lot of people with the same trouble as she said they had back hundreds of tickets!

Keep trying their telephone number and no answer.

I have reported it to Citizens Advice and they have emailed back with suggestions at what to do. First being to to discuss the matter with the trader!
