Don't even think about buying tickets from this company. They do not send them to you in a timely manner if at all. Mine came at 8 PM the night before the concert. No time to drive out of town or make hotel reservations. I lost $350.00 to these thugs. When I called to ask when I would receive them they either gave me false information or hung up. Run away from them as fast as you can as their policy is if you have the tickets before the concert, even if it's ten minutes, you do not get a refund.

Bought tickets 2 months in advance Front table. 2 hours before the show they said my table was unavailable and gave me another table. I drove for 2 hours. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I bought tickets for the wrong Sunday, yes it was my fault but all I wanted to do was switch for a new Sunday. Well they told me that I am SOL and that I have to resell them on their website. Well reselling on their website they take 15% of what you make. Which is BS considering they charged me about $60 in service fees, which is unreal. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

With their high service fees and additional charges a $30 ticket will be $50.

With sporting events go to the teams site first or ticket master. They only charge a $3 fee.

I bought 4 tickets to Bon Jovi's concert. After 4 days my tickets were at my home. You must know that this is a resale website. So you are going to pay more than a regular price. But when you really wants to go in a sold out concert, it worth the overprice. I recommend Ticketnow

I'd seen some terrible reviews for ticketsnow, so when I saw some damn near court-sides during the playoffs (Celtics v. Heat Game 5 this past June) on the day of for $700 each, I was hesitant. Cheap for tix, but not exactly throw away money. I read the fine print- it checked out. Preemptively assertive-voiced the customer service, assuming a runaround- they surprised. The game went off without a hitch (other than the fact that we lost...still sore.). But I got to take my sister to sit court side at THE last home game of the Big 3- even though that morning I hadn't even remembered it was her birthday. Not bad.

Selection 5/5: These were day of. So prices of what was left were either obscenely high or obscenely low. Somehow I grabbed the lowest for that quality.

Ease: 4/5: Ticket didn't say seat number, only row, so we didn't find out we were on the end until we got there which sucked but only minimally. They should list # though.

Customer Service 5/5: I recorded my phone conversation with Judy for evidence, that's how paranoid I was I'd get scammed. But...she was helpful, kind, fast, and even called ME back when my phone disconnected.

Beautiful seats and great experience. I will definitely use Ticketsnow.com again! Being a ticketmaster company I have more faith in secure and real seats as opposed to some other brokers i've used in the past.

Just spoke to customer service and they were amazing. Going to see Barbra Streisand after all these years. Friendly and courteous. Will be using them again.

Here is my experience. I live in Honk-Kong, I went online to get some tickets for a spot event taking place which takes place in 10 months time. I found 6 tickets, all the website is in $, paid... and 15 days later when I received my credit card details, I found that they charched me in USD and not HKD (which is 10 times more than expected). They actually price the ticket exactly 10 times the real price which is exactly the foreign exchange rate ! All this exactly as a trap. The confirmation email doesn't say more than $.

So I call them up to explain the situation. They completly didn't care. I explained that because of the hight amount (5100 USD) I couldn't pay my rent and it is more than 1 month salary. Again they didn't care even better, they actually like the situation. When I start crying. They replied me bake "Have a nice day" and then hang up.

They are completly robbery. They never said sorry, they never said they will *at least* withdraw the announce. They don't care, and they like it.

I will go to the police at lease to report it. I hate them. I will have to move out of my flat because of them. I hate them.

I was very worried that this was going to be a scam, but everything worked out. I ordered my tickets for a Miami Heat playoff game late afternoon and the very next afternoon I had my tickets. Not a big fan that they charge $50 fee, but they have to make money somehow. Prices after shipping and the fee was similar to what was on ebay. One thing was that the tickets I ordered were not available after I ordered them but they called back about 1 houafter placing the order and gave me similar seats. Worked out OK.
