Order tickets on 11/08 for today Man United game and started to chase for digital tickets on 14/8. Had several live chats with the respresentatives saying they will be email me over and been promised (had email confirmation too)to have them no later than 1pm on day of the match. We had to travel over 1.5h to get to Manchester and we chase up again as it was 3:30pm and no tickets on email as yet. During that time I’ve received an email that order cancelled. they gave me 2 options to decide. This time of a day when you have travelled, spend all that money and travel long time for them to cancel like that. There’s no reason to mess people like that, also asking for refund and don't know it takes how long. PLEASE AVOID!!!!

bought two tickets for Man City West Ham, one month in advance of the game.

They assured me that the tickets were on the way. One day before the game I contacted them through chat and told me they were being sent via email that same day. The next day...surprise...no tickets. Tried calling them, sending emails, or the chat (unavailable), but no answers.

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I'm a huge newcastle fan and I bought tickets to watch Liverpool vs Newcastle way back in December to surprise my boyfriend for Christmas. My boyfriend (even though a massive Liverpool fan) has not been to Anfield for 10 year. After buying the tickets, I waited patiently until 2 weeks before the match before getting in touch with wow tickets. They ensured me that the tickets were on their way, and finally gave me a time of delivery. The delivery time was 1pm on the Thursday before the match, 1pm came and passed and the tickets were no where to be seen. I rang and rang wow tickets, however we were messed around like fools. We were eventually told, late on Friday afternoon (24 hours before the match), to head to Liverpool a good 350 miles from our address and collect the tickets from a location Liverpool. It was only on the Saturday morning, the day of the match that we found out that wow tickets had sent the tickets in the post for an estimated delivery of Monday (2 days after the game). It was only because of a very friendly local scouse man that had helped us out that we got to watch the game.

If you're looking for a stress free experience, do not go with wow tickets.

(The worst bit is I payed over £200 for the tickets, yet when I received them days after the game, they had a ticket price of £9 printed of them.) PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Of course I put my feedback about Wowtickets website. Tickets arrived at my house more than 2 weeks before the event which put me at ease. Had a great day watching football Manchester United Vs West Ham. Planning to go again in December and will buy the tickets through Wowtickets again. Also was a nice touch to receive an emails from them about any issues. Talk about price is very reasonable and cheapest.
