Yes I also orders some cigs for there website. But now the website is offline. And there was an other one just like it. Where I could not log in with my password and account.

I order a pack of them, they charge my card but after a couple of days I still didn't take them. I called the company in London they have and they told me that police is investigating the issue with them because the UK str. is not exist.

I call polise already and my bank!!

No cigarettes after more than 2 months, now they tell me they are going to contact the BORDER AGENCY they don't even know that it is the excise office that seizes goods, it's just a rip off so much for their guarantees, requested refund twice but they want to investigate, the so called service is a joke and a rip off.

They also tell me NOW the delivery time is 35 days, today is 61 days, I could have walked to Latvia or wherever quicker. It's just a rip off

Customer service very poor, they will (eventually) use the "must have been seized by customs" excuse. Avoid

If you are located in the UK DO NOT buy they are Eastern European scammers who take your money and never send out any products - customer service is non-existent and can't even buy cigarettes from there anyway as its not in European union so they will get seized...do NOT waste your money!!!!!!

I orderd 3 cartons of camel in july, paid with mastercard, nothing has arrived up till now. After several emails the offer was made to order another six cartons and get 1 free. Yes what are you thinking of if the first order has not arrived.

Complete waste of money !

They ( in my case) were reliable and several orders places arrived too.

Bought in may 2011 3 cartons of camel. Never received anything. The answere was

This worked out OK for my girlfriend. She paid '150 for six cartons and they got delivered this morning from Ukraine. We are in Belgium where cigarettes are quite cheap anyway vs UK - '4.80 per pack so I wonder if customs are less diligent here, we got the full shipment in one go too.

I searched for the reviews on here and told her to expect problems so she was quite gleeful when they actually arrived. I would be unsurprised if their are future problems.

The cigarettes are I think made in China, so the first thing that you need to be aware of is that they are not going to be the same as the brand you are used to. The packaging is all counterfeited etc. Having said that again my girlfriend is happy with them.

Buying cigarettes in this way is illegal, so if they get seized by customs you won't get them. I don't know if you'd get prosecuted but repeated attempts to the same address doesn't seem like a smart move.

If the website can prove despatch you're going to have a hard time trying to get money back from the credit card company. Obviously however hard they try customs aren't dumb and know what a carton of cigarettes in a jiffy bag looks and feels like.

Overall you are taking a risk for a big saving, just be aware of all the above factors.

As the web site doesn't give you all the info up front it's a bit shady, but then I think you'd be a bit dumb not to realise that.

Hello never buy from them,the webside is nice but thats the only thing thats correct from them.The first order you make goes alright and then you buy more and only half arrives.I made an order for 12 cartons have to wait 2months to receive 6 cartons because it takes so much time i ordered again 12 cartons after to 2 months received 6,in the meantime a lot of emails to them and they always have excusses there was a problem with the warehouse, a little patience please wait at least 2 weeks and you never receive them,custumor support do nothing for you only excusses and trying to sell you more if you buy 5 cartons again you receive 1 free,WHAT FREE first they stole 12 cartons then i have to order again and get 1 free.They are criminals and the 100 % satisfaction should have been 100 % NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CRIMINALS.
