didn't directly have the work done myself but moved in to a property who had had a single ply roof installed by yourselves. Provided guarantee info as requested and the job looks great and serves its purpose. Office staff very helpful. if i need any work doing i will be in touch.

Ok Service But A Couple Of Niggles
Had part of garage roof replaced in Oct 2013. Good communication to start. Received confirmation email of work date and wasn't required to pay a deposit. We couldn't fault the work carried out and they took away the damaged roof and tidied up as much as possible. One of the fitters smoked on my premises without asking if it was ok which I felt was rather rude. Payment was sent promptly after they finished but never received a follow up thank you email or asked how the job went.
Surely if they did a good job is what counts. The rest is incidental. I almost gave this trade a wide berth base on a 60% grading but actually the review says he did a good job and he cleared up, that's what's important to me not that one of the workers had a cigarette or the builder never said thank you.
