The travel agent was able to accommodate all of our needs since we needed multiple stopovers and found the shortest possible layovers at the best price.

Positive Exp- I was so scared of booking through agencies like H&S as they are not famous but still I decided to go with them after researching about them online. They booked everything pretty well and gave me best price as compared to other agencies I was talking to.

Negative Exp- One good thing I did that I did talk to multiple agents within H&S. As mentioned in my itinerary and after multiple conversations, flight price was $1345 but while booking the agent told me if I will book through credit card it will cost $50 more which I felt skeptical and didn't book. I called again later and booked through other agent within H&S, he booked my ticket with the same written price on Itinerary, with no additional cost. After confirming booking tickets, they were keep on asking to give feedback which I understand but I told them politely that I can give feedback only after my complete travel experience. So, take ur time, research properly, now I believe them but do your own research and decide accordingly.

Suggestion- its best to book through travel agencies through credit card because if they do fraud you can claim it immediately. Credit card company will block them immediately.

I was helped mainly by Margarett to book my flight tickets to India. Although I was helped by other agents (Ritesh) after hours as these guys work in night shift as well, which is very convenient if you want to call/follow up after your office hours. No need to explain/start over again as they have pretty good record of different itineraries provided to you by another agent. Very patient team members to help you out and ready to search for flights as per your needs. I liked their service and I will for sure recommend them if you don't want to spend time searching for flights or don't want to use your miles. Flight options provided by them are pretty much the lowest fairs you find online but it saves a lot of your time.
