Plymouth City Bus

I am quite new to the city and was trying to get on a bus but the driver was so rude to me telling me to read the sign. I don’t know, they can do better than ruin someone’s day

I was on the 61 and I wanted to get off at the second bus stop after leaving Transit Way, as any regular users of the buses know the pavements at bus stops are built up so anyone with something on wheels can easily get off the bus but the bus stopped well before the stop stop so nowhere near the built up paving. I have a shopping trolley and had just been shopping, luckily no eggs in my trolley. So I had to bump my trolley off the bus. I asked the driver why and was told that if stopped at bus stop would interfere with traffic. If there is such a problem surely they would move the stop. I do not understand, would somebody explain what is going on.

I was waiting on a number 14 bus at6pm,the bus driver waiting outside until time to go, a  lad thought he had to wait

Until driver was on said bus before he got on,apparently he was told by driver he had to tell him he wanted to get on.

So this morning the driver on the 20a to lee mill announced that from next Monday this service will be suspended this bus is standing room only so how the hell are we all supposed to get to work

Trying to get my friend home after she fell ill back to kelly bray, bus was 10 minutes overdue and despite putting my arm out and 5 other people being here at the bus stop. The driver decided to ignore us and carry on driving. Then city bus has the absolute nerve to deny that this ever happens. I don't know how they clearly fiddle their systems, but I would not recommend to anyone.

Yet again the bus for mount Gould didn't turn up.bus stop full of oap's in freezing weather waiting for a bus that didn't turn up. Waste of time saying anything to drivers as they don't give af. Shockingly bad company.

I waved down two drivers and they ignored me

This company is the absolute worst of the worst. I wish i could explain the level of stress this service has caused my life, it has ruined my mental health., the absolute worst customer service combined with an shockingly unreliable service.

If you value your mental health and dont want to be stressed out everyday please just go and do you driving lessons like i am, the day i never have to use this service will be the happiest day of my life. The stress this company has caused me makes me sceptical whether i could potentially have a stress induced heart attack at some point in the future.

I have now lost two jobs because of this service. They turn up when they want and don’t care as long as they get their rip off money from tickets.

I have used many bus services up and down the country and this is by far the worst.

The company do not care for their customers, the busses are constantly dirty and smelly.

Customer service is non existent. They are rude and arrogant in every aspect.

There is absolutely nothing good to say about this company.

Avoid this company like the plague.

If i could completely get rid of every aspect of this company i would in a heartbeat.

The level of hate i have for this service is unmeasurable.

Approaching bus stop (was running) bus driving looks at me, I got at the bus stop and he drove off! The bus drivers are getting more and more rude!.

Caught the bus from royal parade to Asda few days ago around 10 30 initial M. Went to Asda time to get off he just pulled we were going to get off passengers shouted stop then went to get off wouldn’t low it down asked him but he had no emotion blank face a chap come running over to help him get off the driver decides to tut and tut he is so arrogant with zero manners had enough may be retire
