This bus company, based in Sheffield and part of the Wellglade group, cancelled the last bus of the day in a very remote location, leaving with me either a very long walk or an expensive taxi ride. It was impossible to contact them. Despite a written complaint and numerous reminders, months later they have still failed to apologise or even respond at all. A dreadful way to treat their passengers - is this how to encourage bus travel ?
