The service that we received from the team was above and beyond. We were met at arrivals and went directly to the car that was waiting for us outside. As soon as we met the representative, it took us 10 minutes to check the paperwork, make sure the car seats were secure and we were on our way. So smooth and easy. On to the car seats, these were of excellent quality and provided with easy.

The car was a new car and in excellent condition, clean throughout and ready to go.

The drop off of the car was just as easy, we were met at the departures drop-off point. We emptied the car and strolled in to the building and straight to the departure desks.

we rent 2 cars in july this year and got a great service ,profetional and with a smile!! they explained everything we needed to know and with great patiance. the cars were in a perfect condition and the price was the best we could find. i recomend it very much !! and definatly come back.

Yasen is lovely, met us at the airport on time. As agreed we got a manual Fiat Tipo in a great condition.

Their prices are the lowest I've found in Sofia and Include full insurance cover without a deductible (and no credit card deposit!). The service is great and Yasen answers WhatsApp massages within minutes.

Excellent company with great service. He is a lovely man, was waiting for us on time at the airport, despite the short notice. The car was equipped with three child seats, winter tires, winter chains and magnetic roof rack (for ski), and with no extra charge. The price was very good.

I got a great offer for renting a car.  He was wating for us at the terminal exaxtly at the time of landing. Without noticing we was on our way. The car was like new - clean, without any problem. Yasin always served us with a smile and patience and even when we were late to the take off, he was wating for us without any problem. I will recommend to my friends for sure :)

Myself and family are regular visitors to Bulgaria, 25+ visits over last few years.

We have previously used many of the large national car hire companies based at Sofia airport, and although have never had a major reason to complain there is always something lacking from their service which eventually for us became an expected stress and inconvenience which often soured the start and end of our trip.......long queues at desk, hidden extra costs, attempts to upsell, cars not ready in arrival, wrong model, errors on the booking, wrong terminal for car, nobody to meet on car return, etc.

For the third time I used Sikon/Smart for a 14 day trip in Bulgaria and once again they didn’t disappoint. From being met in the arrivals hall, to driving out of the airport, took no longer than fifteen minutes, I’ve queued for longer at rivals desks! The car was the model I requested but even better, an estate version so more room for our luggage. Had a great trip around the country, not having to worry about mileage limits or scrapes from overhanging vegetation helps for a stress free experience. Dropping off the car was as simple as collection, being met outside the terminal at Sofia, helped out with luggage and all completed in moments.
