Very Poor Service

Car went in Monday, had what was thought to be an idling issue, end of Monday they called and said its 2 fuel injectors, needs re programming and couple of minor things and will be around 3 and a half hundred pounds and ready tomorrow. Ok go ahead. Get a call Tuesday, your car will be ready at 4 so I get dropped off at 3:45. won't be long, total of 1hour 15min, your cars ready but has a little problem, the car has no power and has locked the key in the ignition.Technicians are coming over in 2mins, tried to get things going, nothing. Another 15 mins gone. Note - that's a 30 min drive home on a clear run. Can't give me a car 10 more mins, can take me. Another 40 mins. Your car batteries dead at 4:45 the next day£380. No found one for £100, ok bring it down, it's the wrong battery, needs agm, get another wrong then as well( other ends doing) get the right one and say we can't fit it and guarante if something's wrong and couldn't road test it as one tyre is slightly illegal? "So your saying somethings wrong with my car?" I had to chase them up all the time and then they say it's saying fuel injectors again. Warranty covers but had to pay £535. Spark plugs was 2month old and they billed me for changing them and re prgm. Plus another £110 on battery? Was fuming, terrible service

Waited Too Long But Good Car

I recently purchased a car from your dealership near Maidstone, it’s not too far from where I live so I didn’t mind travelling there. When arriving at your site I saw a BMW 1 series I really liked, I decided to purchase the newest plate because I didn’t want the Hassel of a used vehicle. The service I received while looking for the car I couldn’t fault it was brilliant, they showed me all around the car explained all the features I was really impressed with the car and its spec. The sales guy was very helpful, I can’t remember his name, it was when I was passed on to someone to deal with my finance of my car I felt I did not get treated as I should of. The man who was dealing with me left me sitting at his desk for 15 minuet’s while he went outside for a cigarette break and joking around with the sales men. While setting up my finance he was quiet rude and abrupt did not explain anything correctly and when I asked if he could repeat what he was saying as I didn’t understand some parts of the agreement he sighed and told me it would be in my paperwork and to read through it and call back if I had any issues. Considering I was paying a large deposit to make my monthly instalments as low as possible I felt like he just didn’t have enough time for me and wanted to quickly move on to the next person. I felt my trip to this dealership was very pleasant until I got passed on to the finance department.
