They offered a 120 point check, service, mot, 2 year warranty.

No pressure selling,so the car has been fully checked out and is a perfect clone of itself. If it wasn't it would be sent to auction.

I parted with the cars price of £8999.00 warranty 12 months plus free year Handlers £398.00. I was encouraged to use Bac's. [Do not do this pay by card only]

I was feeling happy with my purchase. Everything seemed right, had a lot of work done.

Saturday! I left Melksham rail station, Southampton central, to Poole station. It was awfull and my life was better without the experience. But outside the station was my new toy. I hobbled over to it worse for wear and late. I took a good 35 minutes to get use to the car before leaving.

Now I said to the sales men 3 times. You may see a Disabled man before you, but believe me when I say I know cars inside and out. I will find out everything about this car, if you lie to me, there will be trouble.

Gear box switch to mode sport,+,normal was dead!

These are annoying,but should have been picked up.

45 miles I get home, work clothes on feed leather and roof rubbers dirty job but skilled and the correct products are needed.

2 rubbers are destroyed just crumble. Roof shield is missing a full bracket so can't be used.the rats seem to be the prop shaft carrier bearing, a common fault and cheap enough. Rubbers are meh.

I take it out to my brothers as Sunday dinner was on offer. I have a fun and spirited drive on the back roads, hundreds of thousands of metal had the same idea.

5ft from the parking place oil blushed onto the tarmac, onto the hot exhaust, smoke under the bonnet. Everything normal. Pride and joy meets my brother in disgrace. A dog will always do this, a car should not.

RAC turned up and knew exactly what the issue was,I wasn't impressed with what I consider a design fault by BMW.

I Broached the other faults. Answer great car, but this is a poor example.

I drove it home breathing in constant burning oil. I was feeling sick.

Monday! 137 miles driven. Money loss is racking up on the less than two day's, and the bill for fixing this issue via Handlers warranty, was a huge out lay via BMW ₤1299.00 to write the report no guarantees i will get my money back. BMW said ₤2000.00 to £4200.00. My garage £2500.00 but as he said its the 38 codes and all the sensors you have been burning oil. Gear box is ₤1000.00 just to look inside.

Answer they all stated send it back.

This is why you buy from a dealer? Aftersales. No apologise, well it wasn't doing it when you picked it up. You have to give us a chance to fix it! We can't get it in for at least 10 days. We'll modern cars are like rolling computers? "Yes I agree, did you pick up the oil burning in the diagnosis scan in the garage?"

We don't pay for a scan!

Sales guy is now a sulky girl just been called fat. I have personally upset this lier. He will not listen to the list of complaints, because he doesn't understand how cars work.oh and BMW are the biggest rip off merchants he ever worked for.

We haven't got a spot for ten days. Running out the 14 day clock. I don't have to allow them to repair the car. It's not road worthy they messed up not me. Who promised it was roadworthy and everything was perfect! Yes a morron who works with cars his whole life and doesn't know how they work.

So everything they offered as proof of this cars fitness was window dressing.

They got caught, and like bad losses at a gambling table they scream your staying to give us chance to win our money back.

I rightfully refused.

Their response to this. Kicked a disabled man out into a ran storm in the middle of a trading estate. Took 38 minutes to load app, verification and payment before I got a ride. Wrong station did you know they have two?

Technology screwed me from there. No food since 7am,I was tired and wet, now the app failed I was alone and lost. Set out in a Z4 at 1200, station at 1404 I walked 2.5 miles got 3rd taxie in 3 day's and got home at 2137. Having been abused, lost, let down, stuck waiting 1hr42 minutes in storm conditions.

I lost £348.00 all in for 2.3 day's and using rail. Don't do that ever.

Took 20 day's for the gits to give me my money back. No v5 wasn't signed over and it was on sale Tuesday. Still not sold.

Trading Standards don't give a monkeys, citizen advice are their gaurd dogs now. I emailed them they directed me to citizen advice. Lol waste of time.

Btw I got a new car, I got a loan had an awesome experience, have a E400 AMG that makes the Z4 straight 6, feel slow.V6 is 1.2 faster 9 mpg fuel saving. I couldn't be happier. Oh they brought the car home for me.
