AL UK Motors

Well I did something different: I used the internet to discover the top UK's car dealer vis a vis third party reviews. It turned out to be the one who owns this company - indeed nothing except 100% positive reviews. Before seeing this I would not have believed such to be possible, after all buyers in the main leave reviews by way of protest, by way of pay back time.

Was this a good idea to choose from just one person's stock? After all his premises were over 200 miles away! What's the point of having strong hunches if you fail to back them? So, I went for it - a horrendous trip which involved over 15 hours of travel followed by expensive Manchester hotel charges for my overnight stay / rest up.

I chose one of my favourite used vehicles which I had admired for decades - the Toyota 4WD 'Land Cruiser'. A vehicle reputed to last at least 300,000 miles and overal built for strength and reliabilty without extortionate maintainance charges for over-the-top unnecessary electronics.

After being afforded a great deal I've now driven it home and it is FABULOUS! Owner was immensely kind and gracious and did all manner of gentlemanly things such as drive me to my Building Society etc.

I can't praise him and his company enough!
