I had dealt with autopoint a number of years ago and found the service they offered then to be first class.

I moved away from the area but recently found myself needing a car in a slightly older age bracket.

I found what looked to be a suitable candidate on their website and discussed the vehicle with agent,

He was very honest and as to be expected none of the vehicles they offer for sale are are below par.

After receiving a full run down of the vehicle I travelled to Helensburgh to inspect it and found the description to be very accurate and indeed the transaction could have been conducted by telephone.

The vehicle was prepared and valeted and I picked it up. Few days later.

Excellent communication from a representative at the Helensburgh branch all in all a very pleasant experience.

From a few thousand to multiple thousands spent these guys will look after you.

Have just had a new clutch fitted to my Fiat Doblo. Fault was diagnosed qickly and an estimate given. Final bill much less than quote.

Car drives like a new vehicle.

I recently approached Autopoint Garelochhead, with a very long list a specifications, regarding the vehicle that I was looking to purchase. Autopoint was fantastic, as they not only met but exceeded our expectations.

The vehicle was extremely well presented and there was at no time, the pushy type sales person, trying to get you to accept a vehicle of their choice.

I would highly recommend this garage and will be happy to conduct business with them again in the future.

recently bought an Audi A3 from auto point after a lot of trailing around local garages etc.made the long trip up from Edinburgh to view the Audi to find a very well presented car indeed,and as I'm in the trade I'm very picky what I buy but I must say even I was impressed with the overall service I received from co owner .they made sure everything service wise I asked to be done was done for us picking the car up and after a little negotiation they even supplied me with a timing belt kit.would certainly recommend to friends looking to upgrade their car as they seem to have a lot off great looking stock with good history etc

I have been using this garage for a 5 years now so thought I would write a review.

I have tried many local garages for car repairs and have been disappointed with them all, I took my classic Audi quattro to them as they have plenty of Audi's for sale.

I wanted a garage would look after my car, which hey have done.

The garage is kept tidy and the engineers working there were happy to chat about the work they were doing.

I have had a great service from all the staff and quality workmanship.

My partner now takes her 4 year old Audi there for the service and MOT.

When she asked for a full service, that is what they did, not just a oil change !

I have seen the MOT inspection being carried out a few times now and would like to say that my cars have always had a competent engineer do a thorough test, this is important as my old Audi is driven hard and I need to know it has been looked at by someone who knows what they are doing.

Recently purchased a BMW X5 and traded in my BMW to this garage. No pushy sales people, allowed you to look over the car in your own time, straight forward test drive. Easy transaction and everything promised was done. Love my new car and would have no hesitation in using this garage again or recommending them. They have a great selection of cars too.

I am very impressed with the service from this company. I first contacted the company by phone to enquire about an Audi they had for sale then after another phone call left a deposit over the phone . I then travelled up 4 days later to collect the car to find everything the salesman had promised had been done , There was 1 years mot a full service history and the car was fully taxed valeted and ready to drive away with me back on my way within 1/2 an hour . I recently bought a car from autopoint and I'm more than pleased with the service start to finish.

Their sales technique isn't pushy at all very refreshing.

Nothing is a problem at all , even after I went home with the car the garage are happy to take the car back and sort any little problems that you may come across , they are happy to take the car back and put it right.

The whole experience has been pleasant and hassle free, I will be happy to deal with autopoint for years to come.

Very happy with my new audi and the service i recived from autopoint,after the initial phone call i was happy to make the trip to garelochhead having been given a walk round description of the car and detailed explanation of the service record,while at the garage my wife and i were left to have a good look at the car with no pushy salesmen bothering us, the description was accurate and the car was well presented,the deal was straight forward and i got the trade in price for my mazda that was discussed at the initial phone call, overall a very good experiance!

Professional service from start to finnish, even helping out with the cherished plate transfer and to date everything with my new car is brilliant.
