Reading the one star reviews on here I found myself wondering if they are reviewing the wrong company. Their experience is so alien to mine that I simply don't see how it can be the same company.

I purchased a 2014 Audi s6 from Beechwood Autos. An absolutely beautiful car which initially drove perfectly. However, within a few days the clutch started slipping. I called them up and they asked me to drop the car back to them. I did this and they then had a real job finding a garage in the Mansfield area who could work on the car.

However, they persevered, found a garage to do the work, kept me informed about the work regularly, and then called me when it was ready to collect.

I know that many dealers would have said that the clutch was a consumable part and not covered under warranty. Beechwood said their warranty covered everything and than went on to prove it.

I've purchased 2 cars from BCS. The first was a Ford KA as a run around for £1200, which drove great and I had no real issues with and later sold on. I put my trust in BCS because of my first experience despite seeing reviews from several people claiming to have been sold faulty vehicle. I purchased a Vauxhall Zafira in late Feb 19' with MOT due in Nov 19' and have held off leaving a review until the car was checked over. If you check the MOT history on DN57 UFD you will see that the car has many underlying issues which I'm sure BCS would have been aware of but were happy just to get by the brief warranty period offered. So far the car has needed: Battery, Front/Rear Break Discs, roll bar, rear coil replacement, new emissions sensor (engine light came on a month down the line), Catalytic Converter. A car that cost £1,800 has resulted in £1,115 in repairs in 9 months. If you're thinking of buying a car from BCS - DON'T! Also, take someone to examine the car and check last MOT notes.

The dealer has gave me warranty for 3 months, i had some small issues with my car and the dealer has covered everything, he has made appointments for me, very helpful.

Haven’t bought from a small dealer this this for years but was very surprised to find the owner very helpful and a very decent guy to deal with. I had a minor problem with my car about a week after I got it and he got it fixed without any problem and delivered it back to me when it was ready. Not quite the service I was expecting. Was told about this garage about 6 month by work a colleague. Since then I have bought a car for me and for my son when he passed his test. Both cars have been really good and will be back for my next one.
