Audi Bradford Damaged My Card , Using Lies And Stalking
I have service plan with Syner Audi .
I have service plan with Syner Audi .I booked by Audi A6 to Audi Bradford for big service and they give me courtesy car.Same day mechanic noticed as I have Timing Belt Kit for replace because car 5 year old .Also i paid for brake fluid change and they price up for me job with clutch what I put on wait ultill investigate .
Two days after I come back to collect my car. Unfortunately i noticed no new timing belt kit (can't see new parts fitted) huge musitakes with front end alignments how Audi Mechanic fitting bumper - massive differents between both sides. I contacted service manager. They promised me to sort this out to Audi Standards. Then again I have to back to Audi Bradford to drop off my car . Again day after I come back to pic up my car and this time think happen even worst because I noticed damages to paintwork on few items (scratches and like chips).
This time I left negative feedback and I contacted with my problem on Audi Wesbite .Same day business manager contacted me by phone with apologies. She promised me and giving me own insurance to sort out everything to high standards .
Again I drop off my car and this time My was with them for over week.
Before I come back for my car I contacted with her and asking to make sure with car body work alignment and bodywork job to be double checked before I come . She said,, please don't worry I will make sure your car will be mint and I give you full tank fuel " I said thank you very much . I ask her to price up clutch work but they asking for £1600 more then I have quoted via app so I said this is weird and no thank you.
This day when I come back for car was ridiculous. I noticed even more damages to my car .I paid for timing belt kit but they doesn't done this job at all .I ask her to proven me any new parts replaced because I can't see and she said as she can't.
business manager promised me but her word is worth nothing at all.
I have to involved 3th parties with this problem and also I reported this to VW Financial team because Audi belong to VW.
How to understand this when we pay huge money for Audi cars and even more for services but Audi Dealer don't appreciate that and damage your pride joy car.
Now I take legal action against this dodgy garage and people form this Audi Bradford

Appalling Customer Service
Awful customer service.
Bought a used and approved car from the business to then discover that the car had multiple issues which had been appointed before sale. However, as the car was technically "legal" on the road they signed it off and decided that it was fit for sale. Having taken the car to the get fixed, the repair garage said the car shouldn't have been sold in this state.
Spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and dismissive - she actually hung up on me.

I went to look at some cars without high expectations because of my budget, as soon as I got there he came over to help and give me and idea of what I could get for my budget! He found me the perfect little A1 and it couldn’t have been an easier Process. From going in there, helping with the price of the finance etc and overall finding me a great car for a great price! Definitely recommend to anyone, quick and easy service with lots of communication between putting my deposit down to going to collect the car! Thanks again.

I went to Bradford audi as I needed a part for my car. I normally go to a different branch. However the customer service provided by a gentleman in the parts department was excellent he exceeded expectations to meet my needs, he is a very friendly and approachable young man. I am very happy with the way he dealt with me. I will be going back again in the future as I was made to be felt very welcome. Thank you to the person I dealt with at audi Bradford audi should be proud of such staff.

Just Beautiful
Was sat waiting for some oil to be topped up in my car, as I was sat waiting just a few minutes a staff member came and offered me lunch whilst I wait, so thoughtful and kind. Almost 10 minutes later the lady arrived with a plate of salad and a tuna cheese panini along with some crisps on the side. WOW this was just beautiful, great job Audi felt very loved and cared for whilst I sat waiting.

Bought A Brand New Audi A6, Had A Few Issues That
Bought a brand new Audi A6, had a few issues that were covered under warranty, had a steering rack replaced 3 months ago under warranty with mileage on 58k, now taken car in for oil smell, told its the gear box needs replacing mileage 59,200, but cant cover it under warranty because the mileage is incorrect on my car, complete and utter rubbish, the person I dealt with, who thinks he is a technician tells me my correct mileage is 104, 079, so when i asked if he is saying that i have done 45,000 miles in 3 months, which is on average 3,750 miles a week, he goes quite on me, i ask to show me where it says the mileage, he tells me to contact head office, only because its an expensive job and the car is almost 3 years old, they think they can just fob me off, going down the legal route, my advise is stay away from this place, not a dealer ship but more like a back street garage

Worst customer service ever from Audi all they do is lie my car went in for a regen they had my car for a week plus I didn't even get a courtesy car. Every day I was ringing them asking what's happening all I got was the engineers are busy we will call u back no call back at all I was Doing all the chasing up even the manager wouldn't call back after complaining to head office they sorted it with in 1 hour all sorted got my car back the same day head office got involved worst garage
