Appalling Customer Service
No communication with staff and manager! After offering us a deal but then miscommunication and were unable to fulfil. Think staff and also manager should have more training when it comes to dealing with customers! Also promised to get back to us numerous times but never happened either.

Nissan Buyer For Over 20 Years Now Kia Fan
I'd been purchasing Nissan cars at widnes for well over 20 years and received sterling service.Once bristol Street idiots took possession, well what a bunch of losers. Once you have purchased a car from them they lose all interest in you. I had a recurring seat problem which was after many complaints grudgingly fixed. When I returned with the same problem I was flatly refused any form of service. Appalling.
My Qashqai was promptly sold for a Kia Sportage. Never looked back. I received the service I require with 7 year warranty fantastic. Really a no quibble guarantee.
Bristol Street motors do Nissan no favours and the sooner they realise it the better.

I Bought A Car With Bristol Street Motors Stoke An
I bought a car with Bristol street motors stoke and was told when paying the deposit a few problems with the car would be fixed before final payment. I went to pick up the car twice with out the problems being fixed and was told to pay for the car and return to have it fixed at a later date which I refused. I then had a call from the sales manager saying the car was ready, he shook my hand said everything was ok and thanked me for custom. I went to get in the car it had still not been fixed and had not even been cleaned. Nice Man stay clear of lying salesmen in cheap suits

No Car
Found a car on auto trader we were interested in , entered the postcode into the satnav and an hour later arrived at the BSM Derby garage . Couldn't find the car on the forecourt so asked a salesman if it had been sold . He went to check the system and said the car was on the system and that it was at another garage just down the road.. 30minutes away ! He gave us the postcode and off we went again . On arrival at BSM Citreon ,once again the car wasn't on the forecourt , so asked a salesman to help . He came back along with another salesman and told us the car had been sold the day before and had sold for an extra £1000 !? . I was so upset at the wasted journey . I asked why they hadn't updated their systems as we had had a wasted journey . Replied "They are busy "They did give us directions to another garage ( just down the road ?) but the car was £2000 over our budget . We declined . They made us feel stupid and had a holier than thou attitude . Don't think your getting a bargain .
I would NOT recommend this company for anything . A training session is needed on customer care and equality and diversity .
A week later we purchased a car that we love and paid cash for from a garage a little further away where we were treated with respect and gave the salesman a brilliant review .
We looked on auto trader and the car is still being advertised ? POOR MANAGEMENT .

Bristol Street Motors, Stoke On Trent
Absolutely Disgusting Company
We purchased a brand new Fiesta Van in August last year. It ran ok for 3 months then developed a fault. On taking it back to our local Stoke Bristol Street Motors we were turned away as they were "too busy".
I got my local garage give it a quick once over and they suggested an oil change and new oil filter.
I accepted this and they did it and stamped our service book.
The motor has 14,000 miles on the clock. The fault was still there so I once again went back to Bristol Street. The girl serving me on reception was unbelievably harsh and rude. They made it pretty clear from the offset that they were going to do their best to worm out of the warranty.
Surprise surprise about half an hour later came a telephone call that because another garage had done the service they claim the warranty was now null and void, despite the fact the fault was there before the other garage had even lifted the bonnet.
We had a 20k brand new pickup on order with them and were actually part exchanging the Fiesta for the pickup as part of the deal so to me it was in their best interest to fix it.
They still refused ????
I told them we would not be going through with the purchase if this was their customer service. their reply was " It is what it is ". Absolutely shocking to say the least.
I had to drive my van away broken and it broke down on the way to another garage and I had to get the AA to rescue me.
When i asked for Fords complaint process they gave me a number to contact. We were told we would get to speak to a manager within 48 hours.
1 week later and nothing!!!!
We had to ring up once more. We then found out it was not Ford but their in house complaints people.
When i did eventually contact Ford they actually started to react. 5 months on I still have no van and no result.
I would never touch these guys ever again and they are a disgrace to the Ford Motor company !!!
Bsm Darlington
Stop! from my communications with Darlington Nissan steer well clear, they allegedly advertise vehicles not available from them in order to collect data on you, sell for £750.00 and then try to sell you something else. This is from the new 4 day sale of 5/Dec/2014 -8/Dec/14

Nottingham Bristol Street Citroen Disgusting
Bristol street motors Nottingham never buy a Citroen from them! Had this 4 months exactly and been in numerous times majority they can't find a fault although engine light always on sometimes they can and change parts! Mine is a 2012 ds3 that as soon as a little speed goes in to the car it has issues engine light comes on and it's loud it juddered it's very unsafe and scary!!!! Since it's been in numerous times and it's there again today I am now taking it up with trading standards to get a replacement car as I have this for the next 5 years at 295 a month a rip off! I've also never been offered a courtesy car and when I ask for 1 they are all booked out! Disgraceful. The car also has a chain noise like a bearing every time you drive it but apparently me and every1 else bar them are hearing things! And since having this the bumper pops out and I have to continuously pop it back it! Not good right apparently they have fixed that 3 times aswell . We'll my complaint with all my reports are going into today as we'll as all over reviews websites and social media and when I go to collect the car I will be advising them I won't be going anywhere until somebody i.e manager takes me seriously after I show them all my reviews and me slating them on social media!! And to trading standards and the fact I am within rights of 6 months from having the car to request a replacement since I have gave them numerous opportunities to fix the car but still the same issues! Why should you feel scared to drive a car because you fear it will cause you harm since it's so incapleable of doing its job and just drive..., and it cost 295 a month for 5 years and within 4 months it's been in 7 times and 5 of them within 2 weeks!!! Shocking also pooooooor customer service

Never Again
I bought a car from Bristol street Crewe in January,I arrived to collect the car to be told it had been serviced and valeted.L drove it 50 metres from the garage braked and heard an awful banging noise. Clearly brake discs. The car remained in the garage for two days. That was just the start of numerous problems. In total Im sure it has spend at least six weeks in the garage, on another occasion I reported a loud squeaking and was told after yet another day that the engineer could not hear the noise!!! I can only assume he was deaf. The icing on this cake came last week when I tried to tax the car only to be told by the DVLA that it had never been registered to me and in fact was still registered to the previous owner and never to Bristol street. During this time the sales staff have been rude ,avoidant and at best ignored me, the only glimmer of hope has been the young woman on the service desk who is as disgusted by all of this as I am.

No Idea What They Are Doing !
Purchased a 3 year old Vauxhall Corsa from Bristol St Motors (Vauxhall).
Happy with buying experience until collection day came a week later.
The car was parked in exactly the same place as it was left after the test drive. It had not been serviced, MOT'd, valeted or taxed.
Constant lies by staff about only having to wait yet another 'ten minutes' which turned into almost 4 hours waiting.
In this time they had taxed the car and given it a quick squirt over with a hose.
Had to book car in a fortnight later to sort out the service and MOT that should have been done. I didnt even get the promised so called 'complimentary full valet' for my trouble.
I will not be going back when this is the calibre of staff they employ.

Warning Warning Warning
A total rip off, should not be allowed to trade in this country.
Mark Brown a so called general manager is terrible, rude and incompetent as a manger.
This rip off joint quoted me £4800 to fix my car when my local mechanic charged me £469 inc VAT for the same job. They tried to make out the vehicle needed more to it than it did.
What I wonder is how can a company like Vauxhall back such a business, after all their negative reviews surely they must reconsider their relationship.
Avoid these conmen like the plaque.
