Hi I sent my sister with my elderly mother and nephew to see a black Mercedes c class today and my sister was appalled by the garage a chap on the telephone in his office did not bother to stop the call and attend my sister he just looked at them as they never existed and carried on with his call. They looked at the car themselves and what a disgusting vehicle with the seats ripped cobwebs everywhere and

for £8400 also glass every where on the ground against health and safety my mother was not happy. And they just walked away with that type of service I will never recommend anyone how appalling.

I contacted this company to buy a first car for my son for Christmas, I was told over the phone this was a good little car great condition and road worthy as I explained this is for my 18 year old son, I was unable to collect the car and they charged me £100 to drop the car off, when he arrived it was dark outside so I didn't get a good look at the car, The car had not been valeted and was dirty inside and out, the key to the car was broken and had been glued to the fob that was also broken, the driver said that they new and I would be contacted re getting a new key, the next day I took the car down to my local garage he had sold me a car with 2 illegal tyres, which I had to replace, I contacted them and they said that they would refund the monies for the tyres, 7 weeks later the key has still not been replaced I have never received the so called cheque in the post for the tyres I am now suing this company. Please be warned stay away from them I am sure that there are much more reputable companies out there you could buy a car from

Our 4x4 had failed the mot. Went to see another seen on the internet at Cuffleys. sadly our 4x4 broke down and gave up the ghost just as we got there. Now definetaly dead. Offered to lend us a car to get home. How good is that! As it turned out we loved the car we went to look at. Very good condition great price even better than we first thought, lovely leather seats. Everyone one there is so nice. J sorted out the car tax on old and new vehicle filled out the forms. I arranged my car insurance and payed J the very reasonable price. Within an hour was heading home in our chosen 4x4. left our old 4x4 with J to do with as he wished. far to much to do for us to do to get it on the road. Very pleased with J and his team.

Had one minor fault the next day a break caliper was sticking. we rang up took car in next day, they lent us a car to go home in. They replaced caliper and was it was ready the next day for us to pick up, with three new number plates we had ordered. I have to say it was the best service we have had from any company. for a long time, the staff are so nice and helpful. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and would recommend everyone to go there. I find it hard to understand the bad review that I looked up on line. I would ignore that as I could not of asked for a better product, salesman, experience or after sales service. Thank you j and all of your staff. A very very satisfied customer and happy motorist. Just wanted to say what a Brilliant Experience I had throughout the whole deal, from the owner (Who is very down to earth) to his Salesmen all the way to his Valeting Man who did a Great Job.

Rang Up a few weeks to enquire about Part Exchanging my Bmw X6 for there BMW 3 Series M Sport, after being messed about from other Dealers offering ridiculously Low Part Exchanges and This 3 Series being over 2k cheaper then any similar on the market I wasn't confident that I would receive a good deal.....How wrong was I, They offered a Great Price for Mine and I agreed straight away. I explained I was using my own Finance company and again the garage was fine (Unlike others who want the Finance Commission). Due to being on Holiday and work commitments I couldn't get down down for approx 2 weeks, explained this and again the Garage agreed to hold the Car and didn't want a deposit leaving.

today I travelled 250 miles and collected the Vehicle. On arrival I was greeted by the staff who bent over backwards to issue me with refreshments whilst I completed the Deal, The Deal took quite a while due to the slow work from My Finance Company but the Garage always kept making sure I had a drink and Salesman even offered to get My Dinner for Me. When My New Car was ready it was in immaculate Condition and I couldn't be happier. In the Who 18 years I have been Purchasing vehicles I have never had such a Great experience, It's a great family run business and You can See why they have been trading over 30yrs. I Must also say whilst waiting for my Finance to be agreed it give me some time to look at there other stock and they have a fantastic variety of vehicles all in great condition.

He is severely lacking in the customer services skills needed to compete in business.

The mot at his workshop passed flying colours, funnily enough not even an advisory note! Drove it to local garage who reported badly pitted discs which wouldnt have passed mot with badly worn front pads which would fail. Worn brake pads at back at least an advisory. Funnily enough they were mentioned 2014 and 2015 as advisorys. Beware the smiley crocodile I say.Especially as after car breaking down wont acknowledge fault in car. Off to main dealer who talk respectfully to you. NEVER RECOMMEND AND WILL WARN ANYONE NOT TO BUY HERE

Just a few words to say how refreshing it is to find a car salesman who is the opposite of everything we despise in someone selling you a car!nothing is too much trouble & they are eager to please both before & after the sale.

My wife & myself both bought our cars from here despite living in Kent!all I can say is,they are well worth travelling to.

I've dealt with quite a few car companies in the past, both local and main dealer but these guys understand two things that are really important to me. Costomer care and an attention to detail. Both these things were evident from the moment I made my initial phone call to the owner, to meeting his colleague when I test drove the car (I subsequently bought). The whole experience buying the car was very relaxed and laid back with no attemp at any kind of pressure selling tactics. Why? Because they're confident in what they're selling and you can tell by the cars the guys have in the showroom, the business operates with an emphasis on quality used cars. I'd be happy to recommend Cuffley Motor Co to my mum as well as any of my mates. I've yet to experience any after sales, and hopefully I won't need to but the buying process was faultless.
