Rt Cars Ie Really Terrible Cars
Don't buy a car from Rt Cars.
I bought a Nissan qashqai 2023 model in December 2023 so only a few months old.
It had a fault the very first day and after contacting them they told me its not his problem take the car to a Nissan dealer even though I had warranty with them.
After months of going in and out of the Nissan main dealership and lots of new parts fitted which didn't cure the faults Rt cars blocked my number and was very rude to me over the phone and refused to fix the car or let me return it.
Eventually Nissan discovered the car had been in a rear end accident and had been covered up with the wrong rear bumper wrong parking sensors and wiring harness with a cost of over 5k to fix .
I had to issue court proceedings against them which they just laughed and said we're not bothered as you're not the 1st.

Rubbish Cars Sold Knowingly
Sold me a car with a completely useless gearbox. Contacted them and was told to bring the car back, even though I had informed them of the fact that the vehicle couldn't be driven. No mention of recovery or any help from them.
Expressly told me not to take the car to the manufacturer to fix the issue as they were too expensive. Gives you an idea of the way these people think - cheap is best.
Regular garages couldn't fix the problem so took car to manufacturer who fixed the issue.
Taking RT Cars to court and if that fails, well.....
Recompense will be had.

I wish i saw the negative reviews before purchaseKeep away and keep clear, The Iranian brothers appear pleasant when they want to sell cars however the cars they sell are problematic, you drive off and the issue starts with the vehicle and you contact them then thats when the true nature of themcome to the fore, that is if unfortunately the car you purchase happen to have a catastrophic problem while driving, they will give you all excuse under the sun to avoid paying your back, you tell them that they have negative review online they will say its not them as they just started business, if you look at their website/autotrader, it shows their showroom with the url however if you drive to their showroom on Burlington Road New Malden, drive cars has been removed and receipt for purchase will show RT Cars, while all these is nothing, these are the very things i should have paid attention to which would have prevented me from the hassles i went through with them you have been WARNED, Stay CLEAR
Keep going back to them for a refund and threaten authority on them. I eventually got a refund 2 weeks later and £1000 down for getting the car fixed myself. Read my review 2nd below yours. They are very much able to use online banking (how I got my refund and cleared within an hour) the card machine if they have the supervisor card and a bank. They won't do cash and do not accept a cheque! I mentioned the bad reviews to them and he said it was none of my business. They close their show room down all the time to avoid situations like this, that's why they are under new management. Wishing you luck

Never Ever Buy A Car From Drive Cars New Malden
I bought my BMW from here a couple of days ago, the man was adamant that it had cruise control and Bluetooth (this wasn't the main problem) and was very quick to take my money and take my old car. We also questioned why it had no dip stick to check the oil level and his reply was that new engines don't have them. What a load of.... so anyway stupidly enough I bought the car thinking it was all ok. The minute I got it home, the service light came on. The next day it said I needed a new bulb somewhere and then next day (today) the oil light came on. Obviously I wasn't happy with this. I took it over to a garage and they said it would be about £300 for a full service, not having that so I rang drive cars and said I want a refund or I will report them. He said to bring the car back and I would get a full refund. Took my friend with me and drove the car in to drive cars. He asked what the problem was so I told him along with the fact it had no cruise control and Bluetooth which he said he never told me it had it. Anyway I asked for a full refund, as he had already sold my previous car I expected the whole amount. He started to write a cheque and I said I didn't want cheque as it could bounce and that I wanted cash or card, he said all of a sudden that his card machine didn't work and he couldn't give me cash and that his manager was away on holiday until Monday. Instantly I thought it was dodgy and said I was gonna call the police, on which he said do it they don't scare me. Called the police and unfortunately there was nothing they could do but advise me to call citizens advice. Called them and they advised I was in every right to get a full refund and only card or cash is acceptable. Told the bloke this and he was still having none of it. Wrote me out a cheque for the full amount and told me to take it to Santander pay £12 and they will clear it there and then. So I did that and Santander told me they hadn't done that for years and I couldn't bank the cheque. By this point I was fuming that I was now left with no car and no money. I spoke to another police officer on my way back there and he said he knows the bloke and how dodgy he is as he's in there all the time because of people complaining. I took the cheque back to the garage and said I wanted the car back. His colleague was rude too saying to check my driving licence to see if the signature matched, like they had the cheek to think I'm dodgy! He gave me a cheque for £200 to get the car serviced somewhere, so I'm now waiting to see if that bounced. All in all, every car in there is dodgy, even the car I traded in had a tonne of problems and they didn't check it over at all and managed to sell it on almost instantly! The staff are the rudest people in the world and there is no possible way you will get any refund back from them. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FROM THERE!!!! They know nothing about cars, they knew nothing about the car I bought off them, they don't service them and they get cocky and sarcastic when they know they have been caught out! I really hope no one goes through what I have gone through today and I will do anything possible to get that place shut down!

So thank you very much to drive cars for the hefty bill and selling a dodgy car to me and causing me absolute problems. It's such a shame that the police will do nothing about their dodgy dealings. I beg for anyone reading this review so never get your car from there. It will save you a lot of money!! Do it properly, take a mechanic with you, make sure the car is in perfect shape before buying and don't be dumb and stupid like me!!
Also, the car cost £8000, so you can imagine how fuming I am right now.

Forgot to mention the coolant tank is completely dry and the windscreen wash is empty. So I paid a lot of money for an empty car with serious problems!

Bought an Audi from them witch was involved in an accident and dodgy steering witch I wasn't made aware of until I broke down a week later, contact them back to ge the problems solved but just got told to phone back when the manager was there, phoned in numerous times but no luck, eventually they didn't answer my calls, had an mot on the car witch was a dodgy mot, had the car checked by a mechanic and he was shocked the car had passed an mot.
I would not recommend anyone even go near them let alone to buy a car from them.

I saw a BMW advertised on auto trader, and went straight online to investigate the authenticity of the show room.
I saw some terrible reviews but it was such a good deal I decided to go with a mechanic to check the car.
The car was checked out and was fine according to my mechanics judgment and I proceeded with the sale with a man named Hassain who gave me a1 year warranty.
3 days later the car was misfiring and I called Hassain straight away. He advised that my mechanic had checked the car so accountability must be taken however he told me to bring the car to his mechanic and he world fix it straight away which he did.
I've has no problems since and I am happy with the car and the service I received .
I advise that if you buy a car from any show room you go with a mechanic and insure you have a warranty .
Would defo use this show room again.

I bought nearly three weeks ago a vehicle from Drive Cars of New Malden and after purchase carried out service for my own satisfaction as the vehicle was second hand despite full service history and was not astonished but amazed to find that the vehicle is very well maintained and to the point same as new. Personally I will strongly recommend this dealership despite the views other fellow customers have different opinion.

Brought Lexus from the Drive Cars New Malden, within two weeks of purchase car broke down completely.
Called one of the Iranian brother, who did not wanted to know the purchase claiming it was part exchange which technically he is not responsible for.
I don't know how many people before me are been cheated this way.
But it is shame legally they can't be prosecuted.
At least Auto Trader should banned them.
I appeal all effected customer to use facebook/twitter all other websites to name and shame them to save other victims.
Take there pictures and post it let people know, even if they change companies they can be should be identified by their faces.
I got done too! My friend took pictures of them and there certificates on the sly. Don't worry they will be shut down. Read my review from today
