I purchased a car recently, the service was very efficient, friendly and professional. A month later there was a fault with the car, as soon as I phoned One Stop to inform them, they confirmed that the car was under warranty. They didn't hesitate to rectify the problem and no quibble what so ever and put my mind at ease straight away. I live a good distance away from Manchester, One Stop were happy for me to take the car to my local garage; they helped my garage find the correct part and it was all sorted within the week - I was amazed at how easy One Stop made a potentially stressful situation - I would certainly buy a car from them again, great to find a car sales business with integrity.

Certainly the best car buying experience I have ever had, and there has been a few. The lovely lady I dealt with looked after me extremely well from when I walked into her office. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even made me a very welcome cup of tea after my 2 hour journey. She was very knowledgeable about the car I had gone to buy, which was as I expected it to be. The person I dealt with had all the paperwork ready for me, and even sorted the tax out for me. She certainly went the extra mile for me, and it was much appreciated. One stop car shop provide the best service you could ask for from start to finish. The salesmen make you feel comfortable and confident with the car you're interested in which are competively priced without being the slightest bit pushy. If you ever need to use their after sales service you will not be disappointed, I cannot fault the service he has provided and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them and to recommend them to anyone.

Bought my 1st car from onestop three years ago and had great service and a fantastic car, was looking for something a little smaller and sportier so had no hesitation in going back to onestop who gave me a great part ex price for the car I wanted. Great company and staff. No hassle when looking at the car. Had the car ready as promised on the day for pick up. Fully serviced and mot'd. Nothing was too much trouble. Took my old car part ex and forwarded me the spare key and sat nav card as promised. Great prices too. Thank you.

Went on Monday for a focus. Bought a golf !!. Outstanding service from these people honestly. Been buying a car or two a year for 30 years now for family and friends but this one was for me.

The sales staff were totally intrusive and just left us too it till we approached them. Just how I prefer it.

The golf was in very good order as was the other cars I went over whilst we were browsing. One owner and dealership service history like a Swiss watch. Just what we all look for. It just came down to taste on what we picked as would have had any iof the four viewed but chose the golf for zero road tax !.

The car had a kerb scuff on drivers door and I asked the sales guy for the number of his body man so could sort myself.

Also the golf was due oil and filter change but so was my part ex so had no issue with sorting out myself.

I picked the car up day after signing.

To my delight the company had done me an oil change at no charge and had the door buffed and painted.

I couldn't be more pleased with this service and will be using them agiain without fail and telling all my friends and family how good they were. We read only too often of poor service and it's such a refreshing change to be able to recommend a local business that are part of my community. Well done to the person I dealt with . And the dark haired fox who runs a fine ship and knows her onions too.

Enjoyed the freedom to look around the cars without any hassle of a sales rep. Allowed to get in the cars and browse at our own leisure, in our own time.
