Deserves zero stars

This place has never been great but unfortunately it was my local Toyota garage so was convenient.

Today however will have been my last visit. Their customer service is absolutely appaling. My car was booked in for a service which i had negotiated as part of the original sale price, the staff could not find their own records of this and denied all knowledge, calling me a liar infront of the whole team. I actually had the original document which said in writting i was owed a 10,0000 mile service, they refused to honour the agreement.

Will not recommend or use again as not trustworthy, would not trust them to work on my car in future.

I have Dealt with this company for over 20 years and travel over 100 mile round trip to get my car serviced and to purchase a new car every 3 years, Wouldn't go anywhere else. Best Toyota dealer ive ever dealt with by far

Looking to sell my Avensis and went to Silsden after speaking to Sales Manager on the phone. Inspection done in 10 mins and was told will ring me back that day with a price. No call, and even after several chasers didn't even have the decency to say they were not interested. Completely useless so don't go anywhere near this dealer.
