Bought as stated above a Nissan car from SM Specialist in Bedford and travelled from Southampton for this vehicle, it was advertised on line and the price and condition were well in order with what we were looking to buy. Extremely satisfied with the service and negotiated deal we struck upon in buying this car which was very clean and in good order for year of the car and they were all very helpful in the process. In all a good experience without going over the top and for what we paid well satisfied and happy and the Nissan and is going excellently since day one.

from start to finish, I emailed after I saw a car on the website. they replied straight away, I then had calls and emails from them to make sure I was happy and this was the right car for me. I travelled a long way from Scotland, the car was ready for me to see and try, they where very helpful, have a great way with customers I felt very well looked after,

all in all a great service from great staff and I have a great car.

We bought a car from these people and it had a major fault (defective fuel pump) which was almost immediately apparent. We have been in touch with Trading Standards and know they are legally obliged to rectify this situation beyond the limits of the warranty they provided. Lets hope they fulfill their legal obligations. I will update review accordingly.

Brought a peugeot 106 all the normal stuff in add serice history etc had look over dipstick broke oil light on was told sensor problem assured was just serviced full of oil seemed genuine till took strait to workshop told head gasket gone called dealer told sold as seen tuff luck no refund etc got a bit irate felt like getting my mates paying a visit calmed down phoned back as was offered measly 100 towards repair now involved trading standards under sale of goods and services act mot fit for purpose just a note to say BEWARE BUY OFF THIS DEALER AT YOUR OWN RISK

The car is fabulous and was very reasonably priced. Throughout the transaction the colleagues at SM Specialist Cars have shown an exceptionally high level of professionalism and delivered everything I asked for and more.

i recently bought a bmw 320d 2004, very pleased with the purchase the guys at sm were brilliant. they were very helpful, would definately recommend to all!

I recently got a vw passat from this guys and to be honest i can`t be more then pleased . The car itself it`s perfect but besides that the level of customer service that i got was perfect .

After staying on the poor people`s heads for two days because my finance company wanting to be cheeky i really got about an inside about this company and what can i say ? you can`t go wrong .
