The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, especially the LADY NAMED IANA. When I returned the car, she put in charges for scratches on a tyre rim. I told her the scratches were from before, she refused to listen until I found a picture I took during pick up. She cancelled the charge and gave NO APOLOGY for FALSELY accusing me! When I asked for an apology, she refused and gave excuses. This is the second time that they attempted to charge me for damages that were from before, fortunately on both occasions I was able to prove I didn't do it. First time, I put it down to a misunderstanding but the second occasion proves they OPERATE LIKE CRIMINALS!

i am still fighting with them to get my money back from a car hire i paid for that never took place due to the company they used in Pisa Italy INTER RENT could not process my card as there machine had broke, i got a car with another company but at 5 x the costs, like i say all i want is my money back for something they never provided, messaged them loads of times called them loads of times getting no where - total nightmare

Awful service. Wanted to charge a surprise 60 Euros on pick up for car cleaning and was threatened with 100 euro charge if the car came back dirty! Wanted 250 damage waiver even though we had insurance through the booking agent. Tried to tell us we wouldn't get a replacement car on our policy even though they hadn't seen it. REFUSED to check the condition of the car with us prior to hire. Worst service ever would have gone elsewhere but after flight delays needed to get the kids to accommodation. PLEASE DO NOY IGNORE - DONT USE INTER RENT!
