I recently pre-ordered a game from 365 Games and I must admit because of this shambolic experience I will not be using the store again in the future. From the lack of clarity on the item listing (with procedures that seem to counter there own dispatch policy on games with CD Keys), to the shocking lack of communications (simply not receiving replies to some messages) to the abysmal lack of any real customer services at all.

It is now looking like I will not receive the game till a week after the release date at earliest. Now correct me if I'm wrong but the point of pre-ordering a game is to ensure you have it on release day.

Trust me the small saving is not worth using this site at all. So please do what I did not and pay attention to the reviews here and elsewhere this is not a one off problem and seems to just be the 'norm' at 365 Games.

Good price but took over 3 weeks for delivery.

When I questioned "where my stuff"?

I was accused of not reading the website, had to send a screen shot of the date on the website.

No apology just it was fault with website information.

Poor as was present for a birthday.

I am happy to leave good feedback for these guys, fast delivery and customer service. Also I asked them a question on Facebook and got a reply pretty much immediately. They keep their pricing competitive.

every time i order the prices are great value and the product always comes within the week. i've never had an issue with them and will continue to use in the future and recommend.

I contacted 365games.co.uk to request a returns number which you need to do within 14 days of a purchase.

They took 3 days to get back to me but didn't supply a number. Just repeated info from their page and asked for a confirmation.

I emailed them a day later with a confirmatoon and requesting a number but heard nothing back.

Three days later I sent them another email marked 'urgent' which another three days later haven't responded too.

I would not recommend this company.

Their delivery arrived on time but follow support and returns is very disappointing.

Fantastic service from 365 about my desired game.titanfall 2 was at a price im willing to pay for it.Shame about spam emails now
