I wanted to trade in my Wii u and some games for a Nintendo Switch,and Iam so happy that Gamestaar contacted me! He had the best customer service that Ive experienced in a long time, Going the extra mile and answering all my questions .Overall it wss very fast and I would recommend it to everyone! I traded in my PS4 and Vita with Gamestaar and also bought a new Nintendo Switch and Zelda game. Not only did they provide a free collection and delivery service, they also gave me at least 25% more trade in funds than I was offered by both Game and CEX.

My goods were collected by courier on Thursday morning (2nd March), and I still got my new Switch in time for launch on the very next day. Additionally, every question and message I sent them was answered via their Twitter account within minutes by super friendly staff.

Gamestaar have exceeded my expectations, in terms of value and customer service, in every possible way. Thank you guys, I'll certainly be using Gamestaar for all my future trade in's. You guys are the best!

This company know how to treat their customers. The level of support and service received from the team there was second to none. Tweets and emails answered within minutes sometimes within seconds. Nothing to much trouble and all replies sent with the upmost of respect ( I asked so dumb questions as well). I pre ordered my Switch through them. I wanted to trade an iPad to cover some of the cost. The price I was offered for the iPad was excellent. A lot more than GAME offered me. The transaction was dealt with seamlessly. It was so good in fact that in the same week I decided to trade in a Apple Watch for a 3DS XL. Again great price offered for the Watch. They organise a courier to pick it up and sort payment or credit within 24 hours. For me this was done much much quicker than this. When they received the Watch the 3DS was sent out that same day and received by me the next day... awesome. They kept me informed via text of what step the trade was at. You can't ask for more. I don't normally do reviews but when I get treated well I am a loyal customer. Gamestaar and definitely my go to gaming company from now on.

Gamestaar are so much better then Music Magpie. They usually pay out really fast within 24 hrs or they will double your money. I haven't had any jibes with them what so ever and it's quick to send items to them with no hassle. Their customer support is friendly and business done directly is extremely quick. I found them through Twitter when I was selling things to Magpie and I'm glad I did. I've probably made more money with them then I probably ever would of with Music Magpie. Even if it's busy, they will try there hardest to get round to everyone and if anything goes wrong with selling your items, they will return them free of charge unlike Music Magpie. They launched last year and I honestly wish their business all the best for the future. I can't really fault them otherwise then when you sometimes wanna sell things and there busy, service can be slow due to a limited number of staff.

I spoke with them on twitter about my tradings as the site was down for maintenance he gave me very good prices on tradings then I was passed to a lady who was really good at deal with everything. I even had text and email updates with everything and a really good customer service top people to trade with and will have my business again.

I traded in some of my old games that I didn't use anymore, and I received a great price. The communication with Gamestaar was second to none. I received regular updates via text and email when my games were received and when my new ones were dispatched. I can not fault the customer service side of the business either, I was in regular contact with a Gamestaar agent who kept me in the loop around when my games were dispatched as well as emailed me to see if there were any games that weren't on the website that I wanted. After choosing Fifa 17 and Battlefield 1 she made sure that she sent them out for me immediately and kept in contact with the progress of my delivery.

Great company to deal with. They offered me the best rate for my trade-ins and when there was some site issues the twitter support was responsive and helped me well into the evening.

Everything was sorted promptly - game was collected from my work and then a few days later payment was processed and in my account. Will be using again, not just for the high trade price but because they went out there way to help me well out of work hours. Great stuff.

Firstly, they offered the best "cash trade-in" price i could find online by at least £5 (£30 for PES 2017 PS4) so thats a great start! I dropped the game off at my local collection point on the Thursday night so it was picked up by Hermes on the Friday and Delivered to Gamestaar on the Monday. I was kept informed of the process via text and was told when it arrived with them and that they guaranteed to pay me within 24 hours from that point. It got to 24 hours and i still hadn't had payment.... but an hour or two later they transferred me DOUBLE the trade in value (£60!!!!!) via Paypal! If im being completely honest I wasnt expecting them to honour the guarantee and i thought id be told that the payment was "processing" or something but no, they transferred double the money, no questions asked!! I will definitely use them in future over the likes of C3X.

Really good service from this company. I have traded in a few games to them without any issue. Before I have discovered Gamestaar, I have been trading my games elsewhere which had problems that lost me money but now I will surely do business with Gamestaar instead as they have proven to be more trustworthy, less hassle and without stress or worries. I feel a lot more confident handing my games over to their courier than I have with my previous trades in with other companies. The staff have been great help and they surely keep me up to date via text message and email which is very much appreciated.
