I contacted MediaSOS when a VHS tape I had purchased on holiday in 1989 snapped. I was immediately struck by the pleasant and friendly response to my questions. I followed the instructions I was given and posted the tape on Thursday and it arrived back a week on Saturday duly repaired and complete with DVD copy. A very efficient service and I thought a very reasonable price (and I couldn't even find the Join!).

All in all an excellent service run by nice people. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

You have transferred all my mini dv tapes to dvd and mp4 files for editing. What a wonderful service and great staff. We were thrilled watching them all and can't thank you enough. I have already recommended you to a friend.
