I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their Customer Care centre should be called Customer Don't Care. The design was wrong, toilet too big to open and close the door. Wrong size Edging strip for the tiles sent out and took them 4 weeks to replace it. We were told the refurb would take 7-10 days, it took 4 and half weeks. The design is wrong. The Basin should be centre of the wall and is 40-50mm out. The flooring was cancelled 3 times. Sent emails to customer care department about our concerns, automatic replay said they would get back to us in 24 hours, 2 weeks later still no response. The fitter was great despite not being supplied with the correct materials to do the job properly. When he eventually finished, we were asked to sign the BATHROOM off, but were given papers for a KITCHEN. What a joke. Despite everything, the bathroom does look nice, and that is all down the hard work of the fitter.

My new bathroom has become a talking point around my family and friends.

From my visit to the showroom, having my free design, outlining my requirements and the total installation, I have been very happy with the outcome. At all times the staff were friendly, helpful and willing to listen to my thoughts and input into the whole project.

During fitting the workmen made every effort to keep the workspace clean and tidy, using dust sheets where necessary and hoovering up behind them before leaving each day.

I was a little concerned about having my new shower fitted, I have a low pressure water system and the type of shower chosen is a gravity pumped digital system, the unit consists of a black box which houses the pump, processor and mixer valves. This has been installed in the loft and has a single supply pipe to the shower head. I need not have been worried as the pressure from the whole unit is terrific, far better than my old shower supply.

The overall experience has been a pleasure and I thoroughly recommend Bathrooms by Premier to everyone.

I am very pleased with the quality of my new kitchen and the fitter is a true perfectionist. He is a very skilled man. However the whole process would have been completed quicker if more than one person had been installing the kitchen.

The young man who installed our bathroom from start to finish, was excellent! A multi-talented young man part of a father and son team. His workmanship was excellent with the installation, plumbing and pump installation. And most importantly, he was also an excellent tiler. I understand that he is also able to lay Karndine flooring. The team turned up in good time (despite the distance travelled) and was hardworking and deligent in ensuring that the job was done properly. The young plasterer also part of the same team, was also very good. We are delighted with our bathroom and en Suite.

As was proved, with the frustrating and very annoying mistakes in workmanship and late arrival of our Premier kitchen installers, the end product is only as good as the installer. Premier should ensure that they show particular appreciation to the installer and his team.

The Premier product is very good and the initial step by step follow-through ideas are good, but the product falls short with project management; I found myself having to take on a lot of the project management role and chase ups for items that did not arrive, which was very annoying and frustrating, particularly with the kitchen installation! A member of the Premier team should take ownership of Project Management for each project! Thank heavens for the Premier Customer Services team who kept me sane!!

We used premier as they had previously fitted a kitchen and a bedroom. We were delighted when they also added bathrooms to their range. We had cheaper quotes but the computer generated design from Premier helps you to see exactly what you are getting and the quality of their products appear to be good.

From design to installation, we cannot fault them.

Extremely pleased with the finished product

Superb job on our cloakroom and bathroom. The designs for both and the items fitted, Roca, were better than we could have ever imagined. The planner talked us through the design after we had explained our needs, and the 3D plans and pricing were shown to us in a clear and concise manner. Fitting was top class, with the fitters keeping us up to date with the installation and making sure we were included on the final placement of the fittings to suit us as individuals. At the end of each day after tidying up the fitters would inform us what would be happening the next day. On the odd occasion when there were challenges, they were dealt with quickly and effeciantly and everybody at Premier we came into contact with treated us as a valued customer. I am very particular about having any work done on my property and this was the first time ever that anyone has exceeded my expectations. They even managed to fit the extractor fan outlet into our old soil pipe and put a mushroom shaped cap on the pipe that protrudes through the roof! Like I said "fan"tastic.

Sliding door unit fitted with 3 full length sliding doors including one mirror door with fitted drawers,shelves and dressing table unit enclosed within.

Quality is first class and extremely satisfied with end result.

The only problem encountered was when the fitted came to fit the pre-made panels etc. The plan drawn up by the surveyor had, unfortunately, not take account of a nearby radiator and using the surveyors plans, the drawers on one unit would not be able to open. This, I feel was a basic error by the surveyor and although it was annoying at the time, the fitted did an excellent job in working around the problem by repositioning some panels to ensure that the drawers could open properly. This did take extra time toco plate the job but I feel that the fitter did an excellent job to produce the end result rom what could have been a problem. Full marks to the fitter.

We wanted to update our bathroom as it had been revamped over 20 years ago and was looking dated and with my wife becoming more disabled, was no longer "fit for purpose"

We decided to go to a local firm with our ideas to see if they were feasible. We are so glad that we went to Premier.

From the planning meetings to the surveyors inspection we always had frIendly professional advice, and when things needed to be adjusted the best alternative was always presented.

But then the best bit.

The installation Team were headed by a very experienced fitter who completely controlled to installation. His team were expert plumbers, tiler, electricians and all worked together so well. It was a pleasure to welcome them to our home.

THE RESULT OF OVER TWO WEEKS OF THEIR HARD WORK IS THE MOST PRACTICAL AND BEAUTIFUL BATHROOM WE COULD EVER HAVE WISHED FOR

After agreeing on a design, finish and layout we waiting in anticipation for the installation. As a whole the fitting went ok, despite the fitter being provided with some incorrect panels for the wardrobe. This resulted in the installation being delayed by a few days, which was frustrating, but worth the wait, given the end result.

Shocking service, appallingwork, unqualified staff. Dreadful comms. . Refuse to accept any blame. Directors refuse to communicate. Avoid at all costs.
