Buyer Beware.

Is this simply a case of Some Company After Money? If you get my drift.

This company took my order and my money and acknowledged my order by email with a promise of delivery in 7 days.

I have called and emailed over a dozen times but they will not respond to anything- not even my request for my money back.

If you phone the call in answered telling you that you are through to their 'reception desk' yet they are unable to put you through to anyone to talk to and they can only tale messages.

BEWARE!! I have reported Elite to the Gloucestershire Trading Standards Department because I cannot get any further with these people.

My advice - go somewhere else.

The Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced

Our order was delivered and we were assured by the delivery driver it was complete. He did not wait while we checked it. Part of the order was missing. Cue days of stress - the customer service number is just an answering service, all they can do is take a message and then it is pot luck if you get called back. We managed to get one missing item when we spoke to the MD. Although apparently it 'was not their responsibility'. Personally if the firm takes your money I believe it is both legally and morally their responsibility to deliver the goods you have paid for.

The other item is still missing - no one has called us back despite a dozen calls in one day to the 'help' number. The stuff they delivered was lovely but we would like all of it especially as we have actually paid for it!

My advice - avoid. Go local with people who actually gave two hoots about their customers.

Quality Issues With Shower Tray

Product arrived on time. Well packaged and undamaged.

My problem is that the shower tray later developed a fault.

The Sales team initially helpful but were not allowed to make a decision.

They work on the basis that no communication will eventually wear the customer down.

Spoke to the Md who was all talk and no action.

I would say that it is probably safer to buy locally than deal with this crowd.

Ignore you customer must be their motto.

Dont Expect Much!!!

Being trying to get brackets sent for sub standard broken shower brackets. After much communication................... nothing AND NOW NO REPLY TO MY REQUESTS. was promised they would be sent as soon as possible, lip service.

WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN - Victoria Plumb on the other hand........the opposite customer service experience.

Useless - Do Not Touch With A Bargepole

Bad communication, ordered online, delivery supposed to be 3-5 days, they do not make contact to arrange delivery. Rang three times, message supposedly passed on to delivery company, still no word from them. Main reception appears to be a call centre with no knowledge of the whereabouts of the staff. So so angry with this terrible service and still waiting after 8 days for hem to contact me to arrange supposed delivery.

Serioulsy Bad Communication And No Delivery, Do Not Use!

Been waiting on an order for weeks with no communication for delivery and continually chasing.

They promise delivery in 7 days - does not happen!

They promise you will be called at least 48 hours before delivery - does not happen!

No one returns your calls and the delivery team cannot even get hold of their drivers to find out whats happening with an item.

In these poor economic times you'd think your custom would be appreciated.

Honestly go elsewhere and pay more if you have to.

Major Delivery And Communication Problems

I ordered a shower tray and enclosure from the above and specifically told them NOT to leave the invoice with the customer as I am the installer and the address they were delivering to was the customer.

Apart from this, I did not receive the promised forewarning of delivery as promised in their email so was unable to meet the driver. He then left the goods obstructing the customer's side door with the glass balanced against a hose pipe reel which was stressing the glass.

Despite having emailed and called them I have received no recompense for loss of income on this work and in fact no calls in return to mine.

Terrible Communication And Delivery - Pay More Elsewhere!

I ordered a shower enclosure and tray on the basis it would be delivered on the following Tuesday. My husband took the day off work to be there, no call by midday prompted me to call to check they were still coming. Transport manager had apparently put it down for Wednesday by accident, but I was asked what time I would leave for work the following day, I said 7.30am and I was promised it would be there by then.

I was left an answer phone message that evening, saying they may struggle to be there dead on 7.30, but would endevour to be there asap. I was ready at 7.30am, by 8.30am I was an hour late and after several text messages later (you cant speak to them out of hours, but they will text if urgent)!! It appeared they would not be there until the afternoon. They had no intention of trying to get to me for 7.30am and I was an hour late for nothing. Apparently they are leaving the shower behind my property, I will find out when I get home! I requested someone call me, and as of yet not a thing. Communication is shocking, Ive wasted a days holiday for my husband, and I was late to work all because they can't pick up a phone and tell the truth. Wish I had spent more money and got some decent customer service because this is not good enough. I wonder if they will ever call, they certainly dont care. Would definately recommend Victoria Plumb over these guys any day and they are as cheap!!

Quality, Service And Care!

Having recently moved into a 1950's tired semi, the bathroom left a lot to be desired. I ordered shower cabinet and shower from Elite and because of ordering errors by my ex-plumber had to asked Elite Showers to exchange the goods - albeit they were still in the original packaging. The Managing Director personally telephoned me and kindly agreed to do this for a small handling charge. How refreshing to see old-school service from the top! Thankyou.
