Kyle Of Lochalsh & Isle Of Skye 5 Day Tour
5 day tour from Glasgow
Coach was not Caledonian coach but his Tours coach which arrived over an hour late. Arrived hotel in Strathpeffer at about 5.10 to be told dinner must be 6pm. Queue a mile long for people to get lift, as many elderly with wheelchairs and could not carry luggage upstairs. Hotel very dated but ok and food ok. Next day a trip to Inverness we were allowed 2 hours. Had to remind driver we should then be going Loch Ness. That was a 10 minute stop. Back to hotel. Next day was free day. Next trip train journey with trip to Skye. The booking for train was booked incorrectly and had to be changed. Trip to Skye was 50 minutes off coach for a cuppa therefore not allowing us time to see the place. So what was a 5 day tour was 2 hrs Inverness, 10 mins Loch Ness a 2 hr train trip and 50 minutes in Skye. No information from driver about places visited and all a bit rushed which was so difficult for people in wheelchairs. Would have been prudent to have done train journey on free day leaving a bit of time to spend in Skye.

Windsor And London
Went on trip to Windsor and London. Stayed at Russ hill hotel near Gatwick. Newly renovated hotel. Enjoyed 3nights. Food good staff excellent. Only down side was bar 2 for1 did not include Cider and as this is the only alcoholic drink I drink then I couldn’t take advantage of this offer. Any chance of adding this back on as it used to be included. Bar man said it used to be on list but not now.

Great Break
traveled with Caledonian to Glasgow and Moffat on overnight stay. our bus driver was brilliant and very informative about the history of Glasgow.
The Admonton Country House was comfortable, very clean and welcoming. The only downside to the weekend was the breakfast with 3 coach loads of people it should have had staggered breakfast times for each coach. It was very disorganised and resulted in massive queues for cooked breakfast. I have back problems and could not have stood in the queue and opted for cereal, the replenishment of bread for toast was not there leaving people standing around waiting.
Overall brilliant but hotel needs to sort out breakfast times.

London Lights And Winter Wonderland
Shout out for our driver on this great trip. A man with a fountain of knowledge of London and amazing driving skills, took us everywhere, there was no where that we missed because of him. His helpfulness enabled us to have a great 5 days holiday. Nothing was to much trouble,he even showed us hidden gems which I can't wait to visit again and stay a while longer next time. Lots of laughs and a realy great first time experience for my niece on her first holiday to London. Would I recommend def yes.

Stranger Things Experience
I went on the Caledonian trip to the stranger things experience and London.
The driver was nice, helpful and drove safely. He apologised for the traffic numerous times, even though it is out of his control and expected around London. He kept us up to date with times etc. throughout.
We made a bonus stop in Chesterfield on the way to the hotel which was such a nice change to stopping at services. There was a market and all the shops you could need and some really nice architecture. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The room I had was quite big and on the 7th floor so had a good view.
We drove to the stranger things experience in the evening. It was quite a drive away and we got back to the hotel close to 11pm. The experience itself was amazing.
I can't comment on the food as I skipped both dinner and breakfast in favour of staying in bed.
The weather on Sunday was not great, woken up by thunderstorms. We left the hotel just before 10am and had around 3 hours free time in London which despite the weather was really enjoyable. All in all a great trip and can't wait to book another one.

We have booked a coach tour to Prague, Vienna and Budapest for next June 2020. Has anybody been on this tour? Are there any free drinks included for this one as we went on the Italian Riviera and Mote Carlo coach tour and the hotel in Italy gave us a free bar for 3 hours.
