Visited the showroom a couple of times before deciding on the vehicle I wanted, the staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me throughout the whole process and did not put me under no pressure to buy. The care and time they gave me was excellent and has made me feel like buying a second hand car is a excellent and more affordable option. I have now encouraged family and friends to buy from them as the experience I got was second to none and i'm sure my friends and family would receive the same excellent service from the guys there.

Viewed and compared their cars online with other dealers for a few weeks. Picked three I was interested in and travelled down from Aberdeen. They picked me up from the train station and were extremely helpful. What I really liked, there was no pressure selling and the car I chose in the end was ready to go that day (Brilliant). If there was a negative it was the coffee (could do better)

Bought a nissan d40 had probs from day one

The truck spent more time with Ozz than with us for the first three weeks

He fitted second hand parts that caused more probs so we took them to court and hands down proved them to be out an out

Then to top it off took the truck for a mot and it was condemned due to structure chassis rust so now thay will be getting a visit from vosa

And close brothers are well awere and continued to back them even after there court appearance

Friendly staff, good at answering phone enquiries prior to visit. No problem with the car we bought still running fine. Appears to be a no nonsense family run business. Would recommend.

From initial telephone contact through to completion the service I received was excellent. I was treated with courtesy and respect and not pressured in any way. The staff were friendly and polite. The car I bought is in first class condition and was delivered to my door. Although fengate is eighty five miles from where I live I would definitely make the journey to buy a car from them again. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Definitely a five star service!

Bought a car from fengate motors, issues with the car from day one with the engine. Broke down after 8 days of having it. Refused to give me my money back even though they had sold me a car which was not fit for purpose. Car was returned to the them nine times, every time they kept coming up with a different issue, no receipts for any so called work carried out, after the ninth time problem still there, they use incompetent mechanics and the after service was awful, in the end had to take them to small claims court. I really want anyone to go through the pain of dealing with this unethical company. Please spend your money.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE. They insisted my car was only any good for auction so gave me minimum part ex, BUT the very next morning my old car was on the forecourt priced at over £600 more than they gave me!

6 weeks on from my purchase and the car I bought has a serious problem but they tell me it is not covered by the 3 month warranty for engine/ gear box. How can that be?
